Still waiting on a few things after over a week I’m

Still waiting on a few things after over a week I’m hoping to hear back soon that the items are ready for pick up. Specially floor mats and a spare key I was also told I was buying a “new” car and the paperwork says used Hope that doesn’t affect anything as far as warranty and maintenance Thank you

They don't respect customers.

They don't respect customers. Starting with the service manager. Lying about the work done to your vehicle. On my Silverado they erased the check engine light and once I drove out of the parking lot came back on. Went back and didn't want to look in to it. But they charged me to do the same type of work. The service manager told me to leave the premises and they will not reimburse me or fix the issue. Had to take to a different dealer to fix it
