Juan Obando is the best customer service, for almost 4 years I make aptm with him I am always really happy because the services is very good and fast .
The place is great, i been going to this location for years now, even the older location. The place is clean and comfortable, the people outside are friendly.... If I had to rate the place only it would definitely be a 5 star no doubt, however the customer service skills of Juan, who is in charge of reviewing the service and completing the payment process was the worst customer service i ever experienced. Starting for as soon as i arrived the said that he will first handle another customer who arrived after me because he had to go to work. 1. JUAN didn't ask if i mind waiting or giving my place to the other person, he automatically took the decision that it was OK to do it. 2. JUAN assumed i did not work? how come if it was a morning during the week. It was not a weekend and even if it was, he can not assumed that a person does not work. 3. I had an appointment made, if the other person was in a rush either he needed to take the time to make an appointment just like i did or wake up earlier. 4. I had made an appointment for the service that morning and after that i had to take my wife who had an appointment with her doctor, so i had a time to meet that morning before heading to work. 5. At the end of the service which usually takes 45 minutes for a simple oil change, and that was also the estimated time given when the appointment was made, which really took and 1 HR 30 mins, I explained to JUAN that i was on a rush for a doctors appointment and that i wanted to pay already to be ready to go, and JUAN in a very rudely tone of voice said; well it took that long because the car is getting clean. I did not wanted to discuss with him what a terrible service he was given in front of my wife as she is in a risky pregnancy and can not be in stressful situations. But if i had to choose again i would probably just go to another location even if its further for me, or i will not take again another service with JUAN, he makes your location look bad.

The routine service went very smooth. Service Rep Mr Gerald Henry was very nice and courteous. The car was returned clean. Service cost was reasonable.

I always wanted a infiniti for almost ten years, I inquired online and i told the internet sales department to put me with their top salesperson.. I was... assigned to Andres Arango. He treated me with so much respect and also sent me a video introducing himself and showing me the features of the infiniti q50. I myself work at a dealership and he took that into account to give me the bottom line price so I can walk out with an amazing deal. I am blessed and so happy with my new 2020 Infiniti q50 Sport. And I will always do business with Warren Henry. I also recommend if anyone is looking to get an aggressive deal on any vehicle, Andres is the guy to go too.
