    Very customer friendly. Everyone was helpful. The transaction to my early lease termination to leasing a new car went seamlessly. Both sales person, Richard... Mac and manager Mike Dillon were very helpful. This is the third family care we have leased from these individuals and this dealer. Have recommended to others. Everyone was customer friendly and helpful Great new location and facility.

    Had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and they will work with you with out any xxxxxxxxx. Showroom itself is clean and airy.... All the staff members are welcoming in nature.

    Four years ago, we bought our car that comes with the Safe and Sound 5 years warranty at the Manhattan dealer. At our 4th year routine service appointment,... the adviser wanted to charge us for a list of services including oil change. Even with our prompting, he refused to check the plan for what should be covered by the warranty. Even after we scanned and texted him the brochure, he still had no idea on how to proceed without his manager. At the end, even though he realized that he had made a mistake and had overlooked, he never apologized. This location just opened. The plumbing wasn't even working in the bathroom, but that doesn't concern us. If this is the attitude and service we will be getting for the future, we will definitely think twice when it's time to get a new car.

    Excellent responsive staff at Manhattan Volvo. Attentive to my needs and expectations. This was my 4th Volvo and its enjoyable and fun to drive. I had... previously services my prior Volvos here and always attentive and efficient.

    The service my 2007 V70 received was superb. The evaluation, the repair, the explanation of ALL my concerns and problems were written out for me in minute... detail. I was very happy with the service. I was NOT happy with the overall customer care. From day one of my call to this company I explained my issue that my car needed to pass the inspection and I needed my car back asap because I was leaving for a concert tour in Europe. I was promised a 24-hour turnaround.. This did not happen. My car was not ready for a week. By this time I was in italy. Even though my every phone call and in person explanation explained my timing issues they did not "hear" my anxiety and concern and problem of getting my car serviced in an expeditious manner. I was even called in Italy not once but twice(!!) to tell me that my car was ready and I could come and pick it up now. This was very frustrating for me. The end result was that I finally was put in touch with someone named Jessica who "got it" and they did keep my car for me at no charge until I returned to NY to fetch it. Too many cooks in the kitchen??? I don't know. But until they came in the scene 2 weeks after I initially left my car for service, I was getting the run around. I applaud Jessica and Jemmel who facilitated correct communication concerning my vehicle. Improved communications are much needed at this Volvo service center. TODAY I would not recommend this Volvo center to a friend or purchase a vehicle from them.. HOWEVER in time I hope they will improve in customer relations and be a true beacon for the Volvo owner of Manhattan.

    This is my second car from Volvo of Manhattan. The first was in the previous location up the street in 2013. I can't say enough about the experience... from start to finish. It was perfect. Easy and didn't feel like I was working with a sales goal presentation. Cesar was excellent as my salesperson and his followups since driving off the lot have been helpful and welcome!
