Great service

Fast and easy purchase from start to finish. Car salesman was easy to deal with. We all agreed on good numbers for purchase and trade in. Finance side was excellent getting me the best deal possible

Great service

Paul listens to what is going on with my car. If a problem reoccurs, Joe will definitely figure is out. He is very knowledgable and keeps himself up to date with changes and new cars. He knows that I'm a teacher and so he breaks up my services into smaller chunks.

Explanations and the reasons why certain things had to be done. The double checking on availability of a loaner…and the notion that if I had any questions or concerns I could simply call…no fear.

Service was great and the facility was clean.

It was a smooth process. And was attended quickly. My service Agent Paul was awesome great knowledge and friendly I felt comfortable and important every time working with Paul.

Great Service!

The service staff reps are always easy to talk to and very supportive. They explain everything and listen to your concerns. They provide real-time solutions to the car issues. Chester and Byron are clear examples of the dedicated staff members working at Honolulu Acura.
