Was the crappy service worth it??
Well what can I say. If you find the exact car that you want, and it is priced right online, why not get it from this dealership. That’s what I did. And I got the car I wanted. And I got a good price by doing MY research online. But man does their service SUCK! The sales manager walked out during my deal knowing there were more questions on the table. I came an hour before close with cash (check) and apparently his time was more important. I wanted a cover added. I was told it was a ONE DAY turnaround. More like 4 days and they brought it to me with the cover BROKEN. Their solution... take it to the stop we had the work done at yourself and they will fix it. Seriously? Then they didn’t mail me my title. I had to contact them to get it. Instead of being honest they lied and said it had been mailed out (the postmark has determined that was a lie! 😂). But alas I finally have my title and can be done having to deal with them at all. So, should you pass up on the car you want because the dealership is xxxxty to work with? Not necessarily. You will be driving the car a long time. Just be prepared ;)

overpriced tdi with scratched rims.
Told dealer ship that we be there around 6 no car was waiting on me up front. Waited 5-10 mins for someone to come up. Car was stickered way to high it had pen marks, milk stains, multiple scratched rims and panels.

2017 Acadia Purchase
Jack Poiry,Travis Andrews and Bryan Hoying did a nice job from start to finish with this purchase. All questions were answered and I was given a walk thru of the service and parts areas and met Ken Stapleton one of the Service Consultants. The dealership went out of its way to make this as easy as possible.

Top Notch Experience
Purchased a 2010 Lexus RX 350 from Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac on 10/29/2016. Cannot say enough good things about the experience. Found the vehicle online, as we live roughly an hour away. Dustin Hoelscher was our primary contact and he was very helpful from start to completion of the process. Everyone else we interacted with during the process from first stepping in the door to driving away with our "new" vehicle was very friendly and professional. The value of the deal was compelling and we received a very reasonable value for our trade-in as well. It was well worth the drive for us to Springfield to get a very clean and well maintained pre-owned vehcile. Definitely recommend this dealership and Dustin!

I went in looking for a used vehicle and ended up leasing a new one instead. Dave and Zack were extremely helpful and so friendly. I've owned a Cadillac before, but never a brand new one!
