Everyone was very helpful, friendly and communicated quickly every time I had a question (something I did not get at many other dealers). It seemed as they wanted my business and were willing to work with me.

Friendly personnel and comfortable waiting room but temp is too cool. Have to wait too long for vehicle service to be completed.

The sales associate went above and beyond to show me cars that were within all my guidelines. He was courtesy, non-pressuring and knowledgeable. I look forward to buying additional vehicles from Phil in the near future.
