I went to Art Hill looking for a used car for my son. LeeAnn Flores was very helpful and made the purchase process easy and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable... about the car and made sure to explain all of the features to my son. I bought my CX-5 from them five years ago and still love it! Great customer service! I would recommend Art Hill to friends and family.

Don't waste your time. Nobody in this dealership cares if you buy or lease a car with them. After visiting their dealership 2 separate times, to see what... kind of deals they were giving on new CX-5's. Nobody was willing to follow up with me about monthly promotions, I had to contact them to check in. I was put on some prefabricated 'sales' email, notifying me that my lease was coming up, but it wasn't personalized to me at all. And the person sending that email wasn't even the person who was suppose to help me purchase a new one. When I visited the 2 times I was bounced around from salesperson to salesperson, nobody seemed to want to talk to me. The final straw was when I went to return my leased car, after calling 2 different times to confirm whether I needed an appointment (which I was told no), I was told they couldn't accept my car that night because the lady who takes leases wasn't in. Yeah, no...not acceptable, should of told me that when I inquired numerous times. Take customers for granted and you wont have any anymore.
More than half of this review is influenced by how great Mazda itself is recently. The dealership itself was the best car buying experience I’ve had so... far. No scams or extra sales they slip into the paperwork. Up front. The car itself continues to amaze.
There have been many issues with my experience with art hill Mazda. I purchased a car from here in March and I was told that they were transferring the... information for my plates and getting everything handled for me and of course I found out months down the line all the did was move the plates from my old car to my new with none of the paperwork. I had to settle this on my own. I also had canceled my extended warranty within the first week that I got my car and I still have not had the payment added to the back end of my loan like they said it would. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them and there has been 3 different sales managers and I cannot get anybody to contact me back or help me. I feel as I have been scammed and I would never recommend anybody here.

Won't recommend this dealer. I bought a New car from them last year. Never gave me the car title and didn't pay the taxes to the city. I end up paying... for the title and part of the taxes after they told me they were going to take care of everything. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER.
There was a used Mazda I was interested in, and after the test drive I decided I wanted to buy the car. I needed to come back the following day as I didn't... have a way of getting the car home. I asked for the interior to be detailed again as there were coffee/hot chocolate spills in the front cup holders, the windows were dirty, and the previous owner obviously owned a red dog/let the dog put its head out the window. I came back the next day to pick up the car (at our scheduled time) my sales guy was busy so somebody else helped me out. The car hadn't been detailed, and since my guy was busy I didn't want to make a big deal about it. Later that evening I get a call from my sales guy. "Did you leave without the tags on your car?" Are you kidding me? It's 30 min drive one way and that would've been 3 times in 2 days I'd driven out there. I came back when the dealership opened the next morning, and I was there waiting for over a half hour before I got my tags. Rediculous. I was moving out of state, and had paid for the car in full. IN needed to send them the title, and then they sign it off to me. It took them over 30 days for this process, so I incurred late penalties (which they rightfully reimbursed me for). My sales guy didn't respond to my follow up emails when I asked about the status of the title. The first title they sent me was done incorrectly and they had to overnight a 2nd one. For the 2nd one they used a photocopy of a signature and the DMV rejected that one. Finally, the 3rd time they got it right. Each morning I had to wait around until FedEx showed up as the title needed a signature. Very inconvenient. Whenever I called to follow up on the title, the staff was fairly rude/short on the phone, and I know that they messed up on the title/had been sitting on the paperwork as it was dated almost a month before I received it. I had to threaten a poor review to get them to move faster to send me the reimbursement check for the late fees.
I came to look at used vehicles and an energetic young man assisted me in a brand new 2017 Mazda CX-5 I was surprised at how much I like this vehicle.... The salesmen was Frazier and he made the process easy simple and smooth. I appreciate everyone.
