I was going to purchase a 2018 Rogue leftover With $10,000 off MSRP. They tried to add 1495 for useless items such as nitrogen tires, tinting...etc. Do... not shop here. They will scam you and try to get away with murder!!!!
Had an interest in a car thru cars.com. Salesperson called. Started reading some BS story from a script about how the boss is out of town and pricing... unbelievable.... I asked for pricing on the car and was informed the only price he could quote me unless I come in in person was the MSRP. BS BS BS. Who needs that?
We were looking for a used Altima on the Treasure Coast, and willing to travel for a good deal. We started in Vero Beach, and worked outwards. Found what... we thought was a good deal, contacted the dealer via chat to confirm it was in inventory. Then got a call from online manager "Red". Confirmed again the vehicle was in stock, and price remained same as quoted. Pulled the carfax, checked comparable prices we were willing to travel for, and decided to check out the car. Drove down, met with staff, drove the car, negotiated a deal, and drove away. No trade-in, zero down, and still able to get our payment within budget. Easy transaction, professional staff, willing to negotiate. A bit of pressure to purchase after market warranty and other coverage, but nothing unexpected, and very polite. Also, important to note, that once we declined the extra coverage, we didn't get "dogged" with extra sales pressure. Left with a good feeling about the transaction.
Where do I begin....I came to this location to purchase a newer car than my 2012 altima because I started to experience unsafe issues while traveling to... and from with my children. I absolutely hate to deal with salespeople but most encounters are inevitable. My salesperson Yasiff, was a decent salesman and tried his hardest to accommodate me to get me within the payment range I needed to be in with being upside down. He wasn't the issue. The issue came after I purchased and signed my contract (mind you, I came with 3 children in tow). A few weeks had passed and I noticed they did not give me what they promised to give for my trade-in and to add insult on top of injury, they added a few policies that range for 199 to 299 to my contract without giving me the option to decline or accept. I reached out to my salesperson for clarification on each policies to determine if they will benefit me or not. He tried to help as best as he could, but he wasn't as quite knowledgeable in the details of one of the policies and instructed me to meet with the financial adviser manager, ( he has a Russian name but I cannot remember his name.) The guy was disrespectful and condescending. Treating me as if I am stupid and would believe the lies he spewed out of his mouth because I am a women. I left even more pissed off and decided to reach out to corporate. After reaching out to their corporate office, I received a call from Karen (in the loyalty department at the Riviera beach location) she assured me she would resolve the issues but needed time to pull my jacket to go over the contract. Needless to say, I've called numerous times, went up to the store and left a hand written message with the receptionist, and have yet to receive any correspondence. I reached back out to the corporate office and was advised that they have contacted her and requested she give me a call back, which still never happened. Corporate advised me that because they are independently owned, they cannot force them to call me back or rectify the situation. This is unacceptable and I regret ever purchasing my car from them. If I didn't love my new car so much, I would've parked it in front of the store and leave the keys at the front desk. That's how pissed I am!!!!!!! if you want to purchase from an honest company, try elsewhere! West Palm Nissian lacks ethics and integrity.
Bought 2017 new and recently tried 2nd key. Doesn't work. Went to dealership. Refused to replace it and told me salesperson gave me a wrong key. And no... they will not give me 2nd key. Had appt oil change and rotation. All tires had wrong amt or air when I left 3 hrs later. 1st and last Nissan. Back to toyotas.

WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR ! Do not use Bryan Marin he will make a million promises to make the sale. Bryan offered to drop off my existing lease... upon purchase of a preowned vehicle and instead lost my license plate, did not return my vehicle until 7 weeks after date of purchase while i was charged further lease payments. Employees did not help or return phone calls. Finance director blatantly lied to me to try and cover for Bryan Marin and told me vehicle was returned weeks prior, mean while was returned day i called. No one would provide me with contact information for manager that could help me
I went in for my car to be fixed before a long drive and came out with an extremely high bill. My bill was expected, however, my car had the same problems... from the moment we got it on the road. We were told numerous things that needed to be fixed which we were not sure about, however, we wanted to make sure we were safe. After over $6,000 in repairs, my car had a new noise. Immediately we called Pete and he said there was nothing he can do and we have to bring it into a different service shop since we were heading up north and not by him. He claimed that his mechanics are the best and he stands by them. He said they always screw things in and make sure that they are tight. Having to bring it to a trustworthy mechanic, they took one look at my car and knew that the wheel was not screwed on correctly. They said that driving any further could have resulted in us losing our wheel and getting into a horrible accident. Worst service we have ever gotten. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a ripoff and your car will not be safe. The worst part is they can not even take credit for a bad job but yet I still had to pay the price for work half done. Disappointed would be an understatement for how we feel.
This was my first time ever purchasing a car by myself. I talked to Bryan and he walked me through the process. He was so pleasant and extremely relatable.... He discussed prices with me, options for payments and he always made sure my initial needs were met. I orinignally came in looking for a used car, but Bryan worked out an amazing deal and put me in a brand new car. I’ll be a forever customer with them!
I did not feel pressured like I did in other Nissan dealerships that I visited. I was not rushed and Brian, my sales person took a great deal of time to... explain the process and the "numbers" portion of our deal. I bought a Nissan Rogue Sport XL and I am thrilled with my purchase. I would recommend this particular dealership over others I visited from as far south as Coral Springs, on up to WPB Nissan. I live in Boca Raton and it was worth the drive. The customer service was superior.
