I was interested in a vehicle and contacted the dealership to determine if they participate in X-plan pricing for the Disabled American Veterans; they advised they did after which I requested the price. Two days later, I’ve yet to receive a response despite several texts to the sales person, Jeff, and his commitment to get me the price “shortly.” I wish I could say that I am surprised but this is exactly what I encountered 10+ years ago when I moved to Knoxville. I mistakenly thought that after a decade things may have changed but it appears as though they have not. Fortunately, there are plenty of other dealerships that are willing to take my money and treat me like a valued customer.

Salesperson implied that a permacoat and theft insurance
Salesperson implied that a permacoat and theft insurance was included in sticker price. They were not. Which I didn't notice until the next day, so that's on me. When I texted him to ask about it, he said it hadn't been applied yet and when I bring the car in for the detailing I'm owed bc the guy left early, they would apply it. If it's not on there, I want my money back for it. I was charged for something I didn't even get. My salesperson said someone would contact me Monday the 16th. They haven't. Typical dealership, crooks.
