Overall my experience was good. I felt the dealership service department had difficulty in completing their recall that prevented me from enjoying truck for the weekend (3�days).

Service and staff was great. Very professional, communicated well and repairs went great. I have used them for 8 years and will continue since I have not had a bad experience .

Wonderful service got my oil changed!

Wonderful service got my oil changed! Service advisor worked me in they were short handed and the wait was about an hour! They have a clean service department! Great customer service!

Jonathan was excellent!

Jonathan was excellent! Knowledgeable and informed us of all of our options. The truck sold itself but he sold us on the dealership. We will be back.

The 4-star rating is due to the irritating responses from the person who handled the work needed to satisfy the recall. (I.e. when kit would be available, said 2 weeks but took 3 months, no available ride assistance as I had no driver). Actual service was exceptional. (Brian)

Love Damian!

Love Damian! I dropped my SUV off at the dealer and D gave me a ride to work. Nicest guy! He delivered it back to me and I avoided having to drive back from the dealership during five o?clock traffic.
