Bought a used 2009 Jeep from another local dealer, thought I'd establish a relationship with my local Jeep dealer (Morehart-Murphy) by taking it to have... a factory Bluetooth installed. Fritz in Parts was very helpful and prompt, we left our Jeep to have it installed for 12 days, Arron the Service Writer kept telling me how backed up they were, after 10 days I was told there were 3 or 4 ahead of me, the 11th day there were 3 ahead of me on the 12th day there were 4 more ahead of me. The only thing I could ascertain since I hadn't purchased my Jeep there, my business wasn't a priority at Morehart-Murphy. I would not recommend this service department unless you have warranty work as all you will get are excuses!!!
