The office personnel was very professional, the owner did

The office personnel was very professional, the owner did not repair all problems that was discussed doing the walk around. Only repaired two of five issues with the auto and I came 180 miles to purchase. Promise to change oil, but did not. I do not recommend this dealership to others.

Purchased a used car from CarMax Garland, and the process...

Purchased a used car from CarMax Garland, and the process was more difficult than I thought it would be. I was offered home delivery, but my identity could not be verified, so I went to the physical location to pick up my car. The first time I went, there were technological issues with linking my bank account to make the purchase even though I was paying in full. Thankfully, they held onto the car for the next week, but when I came back to the physical location again, there were once again issues with their computer system when I had already made the full price purchase as I was able to link my bank account the second time. However, because it was originally listed as a home delivery, there were system errors. Paperwork took a lot longer than I expected it to take even though I had already completed everything that I needed to as the car purchaser prior to getting there. I found trash under my driver's seat despite them telling me that they were going to clean the interior of the car before I drove off with it. The staff was nice and friendly and very apologetic, but I wish the whole process was more streamlined.

Fast, Friendly, and Helpful

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

Fast service and very professional

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

sold wrecked car at full price

We were sold a hyundai genesis from this dealership, and were told that it had a clean record. The car had issue with alignment. we took it back to carmax to get the issue fixed. They stated the issue was fixed but never seamed like it was. Now we are trying to sell the car and were told by an insurance company that the car was in a wreck with $8000 damages. the car was sold to us at the current market value. we tried to contact dealership to see if they would try to do right by us, they basically said we were SOL. Will never deal with carmax again. Any carmax...
