Honest reputable experience

From first contacting Phil and eventually having a sit down discussion I was confident that I was dealing with a professional. I had a clear idea after each discussion what was needed from my end and what was being done on his end and I had full confidence that i had chosen the right dealer. Will highly recommend to family and friends. Good job.

My easiest/best car shopping experience to date

They have a good selection of cars, trucks, and even some minivans. We were looking for a minivan and found one that not only had the options and mileage we were looking for but was also a great price. Everyone my wife and I dealt with was very friendly and made the often painful process of shopping for, financing, and purchasing a vehicle very easy. The salesman we dealt with knew what he was talking about but wasn't aggressive or pushy when it came time to decide if we were going to buy or not. I had a tire pressure sensor light and a relay that needed replacing and they handled both issues no questions asked. I would definitely do business with them again.

Incredible team, forthcoming and knowledgeable.

Small dealership, but the guys know to how to pick their stock. Drove 70 miles to track down my 2011 ranger from their lot, never dealt with a more responsive, and accomodative crew. The guys know their cars, and price accordingly. AAAAA++++++

Very happy customer

My husband found his dream pick-up at Keystonecars.com. The only issue? We live in Nevada and the pick-up was in Boston. After talking with Dan, my husband was able to put a deposit on the vehicle and we flew to Boston and picked it up. Dan went out of his way to accommodate us and was very helpful along the way. I would recommend keystonecars to anyone looking for a good reliable auto!

Great Experience

All of the guys that work here are extremely helpful. They were able to help us get financing at a lower rate than our bank and didn't rush us to any decisions. They were very patient and not at all pushy like a lot of salesmen you come across. We had an issue with the air bag service light coming on about a week after we brought our car home - it was a GMC issue and not a Keystone issue, and the guys at Keystone took the car right to the dealer for us and got it fixed, no problems since. Super helpful for me as the mom of 2 small kids not to have to drag them to the dealership. Overall great experience and I love my truck!

Great Place To Shop For A Car

The folks at Keystone are awesome. Very personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I never felt pressured or pushed. They asked me what I was looking for and they helped me find it. I'm very happy with my new purchase.

Went above and Beyond

Ron and Phil went above and beyond for us. I will most likely purchase my next car from them. Their honesty sets them apart from others, Even though the car my husband wanted was sold, they helped us get into another one for a better deal and when a repair issue came up they took care of it and us. They don't push or attack you when you come in to look for a car.

Bought a $8,500.00 lemon!

I would never buy another car from this dealership. Nice in the beginning, but in the end I bought a total lemon. 2 months they tried to fix it, never even diagnosing it correctly. Check engine light just kept coming on and on and on! 3 weeks off warranty, of course, check engine light is on, and 4 different mechanics can not diagnose what the problem is, including the Jeep Dealer! I will never buy a Jeep again, that's for sure. The dealer knew this Jeep was a lemon, and sold it to me anyway. Car dealers WILL NEVER change! Disgusted!

Helped me buy my first car!

Phil was super helpful in working with the banks to get me a loan for the car I ended up buying. He was honest, clear, and really made sure I understood what I was signing and driving away with.
