I purchased a car from here last year, within a couple months I was hit by a drunk driver and the car was towed here for service. They had the car in their... shop for over 2 months. Once I got it back, I started hearing a little bit of noise in the rear end where the car was hit. I brought it up everyone I brought the car in for routine maintenance. Every time, I was brushed off like it was no big deal. The last time, the noise was so loud I refused to go away. They then told me it had some rear end issues I needed to address, inside of those are causing the noise but that is need to start with that $700 worth of repairs to move forward. I told them to tell the insurance of the drunk driver that, they told me there has been too many miles out on since then and don’t think insurance will cover it. (Sorry I told you about it at first opportunity and nothing was done/your fault not mine.) they want me to pay for the $700 in addition to anything else that still causing the squeaking sound in the rear after those repairs. Along with the $700 worth of wheel/tire replacement I need this time and the $600 worth of wheel area repairs needed this time as well. This would be the second wheel and tire I’ve replaced and I’m being asked to repair a wheel area as well. Why? Because the technician said “these wheels don’t really belong on that car.” YOU SOLD ME THAT CAR WITH THESE WHEELS ON IT! I’m so over the unprofessionalism of this dealership. Next step- legal action.
