The worst dealership experience I’ve had in my life. Wanted to test drive the Camaro. They said on the phone I could. Went to the dealership and I had cash ready for them to pay for a lease or buy it but obviously you’d want to test drive the vehicle first. They wouldn’t let me. First said it was my age, I’m 28 and then second said you need to run over numbers first. Completely dishonest. Everything that was said by the salesperson was a lie. I’ve been dealing with dealerships for years and have never seen something like this. There is not a chance any manager would like what happened today. I’d love to explain to leadership or someone in charge because it’s not acceptable.

The dealership was very nice, my oil change service took over an hour to complete. I arrived at the designated time and dealt with a service advisor about another issue and he said it was solved. Bad news the issue was not resolved. I have not had a chance yet to return. Frustrating that my issue is not resolved.

Good customer service from Chris. He was very attentive. Hope service is same when I come back for my next oil change service in the next few months

Chris Bargnesi was quick to welcome me to the service department and confirm my requested services. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Although I did not accept any additional suggested service, Chris recommended an alignment, and a couple of filters. He showed me the waiting area and informed me of all the amenities available to me while I waited.
