I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. My sale person Lisa did an amazing job. After, explained what I was looking for in a car. She found me a car that fit my needs. When I when to pick it up all the paperwork was ready, making it very quick and easy. Also, she took the time to explain all the options with car. I would highly recommend Toyota of Venice as well as Lisa.

Sales people are very personable and knowledgeable. Hutch and Jr. are my go to sales people and would recomend them highly.. Both make sure you are happy with your purchase and understand all the aspects of the car. Ryan in finance is also great to work with. This is the third auto that my family has purchased and we would not go anywhere else.

Venice Toyota sold a car out from under me, after a deal

Venice Toyota sold a car out from under me, after a deal was made. I had a verbal deal with my wonderful salesman, Collin. I had offered to put down a deposit, but he said no need to. I was waiting to find whether my car could be driven from OH, or whether I needed to fly to FL. So, Collin was waiting for that final piece to finalize the paperwork. I was packed and ready to go. Collin had to leave town yesterday, but he said everyone there knew the deal, and they'd "take care of me." So, today, I received a call from another salesman there that someone was interested in the car. I said I was definitely buying the car, and told him the story. So, this new salesman said he'd "check on something" and call me back. He did not! After waiting a while, I called the salesman filing in for Collin - Collin's father, Scott. He had not been contacted by this new salesman who called me -- even though I told that other salesman to talk with him, and that Scott knew all the background. I offered again to wire the full price immediately, before the young man decided. Scott tried to intervene, but he was told if the young man doesn't buy the car, I could. I doubt that was Scott's decision. Maybe the young man was going to pay a higher price, and they wanted the money. I don't know why else they would do this to a customer. A deal is a deal - well, usually, if a company has character. I'm quite upset about this.
