I went to e ice Toyota for consumer advisory. They couldn’t then they could get the car in for a look. Also a tire light. Shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours for that right? 3:15 pm - 5:45pm I finally checked and advisor John Wismer had gone home and left paperwork and key. He called my in the car on my way home and it’s my fault he called my name and texted and couldn’t find me. It was my fault I was still waiting additional time because he couldn’t find me so he gave up. Unbelievable — bad “customer service”. The car still under warranty but will look elsewhere for even oil changes and tires. My original dealer gave me free oil changes for life and a car wash anytime. Toyota Corp should look at this business. If they treat you poorly for safety related issues what do you get for a major problem?

Excellent service department. Mike Fletcher and his team work well. My Tundra is 17 years old (180,000 miles) and Mike Fletcher has taken care of it since the truck had 25 miles on it.

My new 22 highlander in for a oil change and was told I have to pay for it. Car has 3,650 miles and is 7 months old and leaving for a 4 month vacation and wanted a fresh oil change. Not HAPPY

Venice Toyota service is excellent. John Wismer, my service advisor, was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. It's always easy to schedule an appointment, and they do their best to be responsive to your needs.

I was treated fairly and Brittany was a super salesperson everything was smooth and I purchased my vehicle from them. Overall very happy customer.

Wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. Tom is great! I have brought both my new cars from him.

Tire rotation..asked they not mess with tire inflation. Of course…they did and now our four tires range from 30-36 psi!!!! This is so frustrating as this has happened every time we get tires rotated….so we will be going elsewhere for tire rotation. Service by Aaron was super but the message just didn’t get to the workers.

Good job by all! John was very good everyone was polite and helpful. Enjoyed my visit
