I choose to take my vehicle back to the dealership because of the good service I have received there. I am disappointed with the significant increase in the cost of an oil change.

We’ve had several issues with our brand new vehicle.
We’ve had several issues with our brand new vehicle. We were told we needed some new parts. They told us to call Wednesday we called left messages no one called us back. Called yesterday again spoke to someone who said they would pass along the message and never got a call back. It’s been three days and have yet to hear back from anyone. Extremely disappointing to spend money on a new vehicle that they can’t seem to call back. They don’t value customer service.

Adam Monroe went out of his way to help us find the Tahoe we wanted. We negotiated a fair price and Jim Butler drove a good distance to pick it up from the dealership that had the vehicle. This dealer has not updated me.
This dealer has not updated me. They had my car for 2 weeks, when I was finally told I could pick it up the check engine light came back on less than a half mile from the dealer. It was returned and what I thought came back fixed a week later I’m driving and my check engine light comes on. Immediately I make an appointment my check engine light shuts off the day before I take it in for my appointment… odd so I still took it in. Well my car has now been there for here again going on 2 weeks no updates what so ever.
