Interested in a Ford Edge which looked and rode good. After receiving the car fax report it seems that the car was in an accident and a FLOOD and deemed a total loss. When I requested the car to take to a mechanic and evaluate any vestiges of its previous life. The owner insisted that they take it to their mechanic, somehow that smells bad and reeks of collusion. I will not stand for it.

It would have gotten five stars but they threw away parts
It would have gotten five stars but they threw away parts to the two center consoles that they refused to fix. The reason is they don’t fix cosmetic issues on used vehicles. According to Joseph.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I DID AND NOT ONLY DID I GET A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN IN ACCIDENT BUT IT WILL COST ME $3K JUST TO GET IT SAFE ENOUGH TO DRIVE AGAIN I bought a van from this dealership in Dec 2020. I only buy clean vehicles without any accidents. I specifically asked the salesperson if there had been any accidents and the salesperson said no, no accidents and it is in great condition. I went through their difficult sales process (they only accept wires, not even cashiers checks) and paid $27,810 for the van. 4 months later the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree with check engine lights etc. We take the van to a Ford Dealership that writes: "the check engine light concern pertaining to an evap leak, the mechanic found multiple issues: broken and poorly repaired evap line assembly, damaged wiring improperly repaired, driver side ball joint loose, fuel tank missing one secure strap and rear strap is not the correct part. Vehicle also appears to have hit/run something over which bent front cross frame." In other words, not only has the van been in an accident, it was repaired so shoddily that it was dangerous to drive it. The Ford dealership then listed the following repairs and cost. Listed are the repairs recommended: Replace evap canister Replace all evap lines and one fuel line missing a clip. Drop fuel tank to replace fuel line. Replace fuel pump module pigtail. Repair wiring next to fuel tank. Replace driver side lower ball joint. Alignment. Replace fuel tank straps. (11 Hours total for labor) Parts: $1,092.93 Labor: $1,649.45 Alignment: $129.95 Total: $2,872.33 Tax: $201.06 Shop Fee $34.95 Grand Total: $3,108.34 So not only is this van far less valuable than what I paid for it because it has been in an accident, I am now stuck paying for over $3K in repairs. I contacted the dealership and offered them to pay for the repairs or buy back the vehicle which they refused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

Extremely trustworthy, Best used car dealership I've ever seen in my life. Family owned business truly makes you feel like family. They sell you quality cars and will work with you if you have any problems, they are extremely fair and will listen and help you As much as they can, they showed me extreme effort in helping me get into a car the same day I visited them. They got me approved with horrible credit so I know they can approve anyone that needs a car. Other car dealers will throw you in a car and once you drive off the lot your on your own but these guys will give you advice and help you with anything you need at all . Your not just buying a car from them you also get a piece of mind that they have your back and to me that's the most important
