Bunch of sorry xxx crooks. I bought a 2013 f150 from them. I made 3 payments then had to pit it in the shop for a month got it out had it a week then it started misfiring. Took it to them and of course all they could do is give me 15k for it leaving me with 12k upside down to buy a new truck. It's one thing after the other. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM
Don't shop with Jackson Mac Halk
Very poor customer service experience. Was not able to get any initial paperwork on car payments with % down. Was told nothing can be negotiated and all prices are none negotiable. Car was listed at one price on the website but salesman showed us same car higher priced on his computer screen. No written breakdown of a payment even once you finally speak to the F and I person. We did not feel they wanted to make a deal even when we was willing to write a check fir cash for over 95% of sales price. By far worse dealership experience I every had.
This is not the type of experience we seek to provide, Ternisha . We would like nothing more than to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Please contact us at your convenience. Harry Burden, General Sales Manager, 601-500-5555
Beware!
Beware!!!!!! Important documents will not be issued!! They will not return phone calls and can be very rude!! I suggest you look elsewhere for a vehicle bc they don’t care about their customer service

I find this hard to believe
I came in for 3:30 appointment, checkbook and title in hand. I waited from 3:20 to 3:45 and name was taken by guy at desk, who went out and took pictures of my vehicle which I had bought from this dealership a few years ago. There were absolutely no customers and apparently no salesmen. I was completely ignored. It seems that these folks aren’t interested in selling or trading. I will never return here and will tell anyone who asks about this unbelievable treatment of a potential buyer.
PBW, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We value hearing from our customers, and the inconvenience that occurred here at Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Jackson does not reflect our standards of customer service. If you have any questions or would care to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me at your earliest convenience. Steve Harmon, Sales Manager, 601-500-5566
One star only because zero stars is not an option.
One star only because zero stars is not an option. I never heard from anyone, but the only way to submit this review is to check the internet managers name. Since I never heard from anyone I spent my money elsewhere. And, instead of a small second car for me I bought my wife an SUV. The lack of one phone call or email cost them around $45K. But, at least they are consistent across their dealerships. I didn't hear back from their Flowood dealership so I went out there to buy a pickup. When I got there it had been sold, still on the website, but not on the lot. The sales person tried to sell me a different truck- 7 years older, almost three times as many miles for more money. And, before that day was over two other sales people contacted me and tried to get me to buy the truck that had already been sold. I have very little confidence in car sales persons as a whole, but I won't try to buy anything else from this dealership.
Best experience ever.
Best experience ever. From my salesman “Cory” bringing the truck to me initially to see until signing the ending paperwork. Truly the least stressed I’ve ever been! My family and I will be back and we will be using Cory!

I purchased a used 2014 Buick Enclave from this dealer roughly a month ago. Beware, every negotiated price will be increased by $1200 for an "additional equipment" fee (supposedly for things like window tinting and anti-theft system). Maybe this is a common practice, but it was a new experience for me. They disclose the fee, but only after you have negotiated a price on the vehicle. A week after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on with two trouble codes indicating a faulty coolant temperature sensor and a faulty purge valve solenoid. That was about $100 to do the job myself, which wouldn't be a huge issue, except my OBD reader indicated that the error codes had been cleared six warm-ups prior. All six of those warm-ups occurred while I was operating the vehicle, including my test drive on the day of purchase. The dealership cleared the trouble codes before selling the vehicle without actually fixing the problem! I gave them two stars because I had a salesman (Corey Halverson) who was friendly and helpful, and I think the price they gave me on the Buick was fair; but unless I'm an isolated case (which I highly doubt) Mac Haik has some very ethically dubious business practices. I won't buy from them again or recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me waste 5 hours of my time. 5 hour round trip for a vehicle they did not have. Pitiful. These guys keep the old stereotype alive and well for car salesman
