    Ferrari of San Francisco has always been great to us. This year we dealt with Matt and he did not call us back even after multiple voicemails and emails... and was late with delivery. We had to reach out to Oscar to find out about our car. It's upsetting to have our consultant constantly changing.

    Exception service and attention to detail. Peter at Ferrari of San Francisco went above and beyond accommodating during the pandemic restrictions in place.... There was no pressure and took time to explain features as if he wrote the book on Ferrari's. Without a doubt one of the best dealerships experience in Northern California.

    Not only personable but not pretentious in any fashion: everyone is treated respectfully and with attention to detail with follow up. We, both are... privileged enough to have had several Ferraris, yet are simple regular folk, and they adjusted well for anyone. This was how Ferrari, when they owned it treated us and now how Boardwalk personnel continue the presentation: no wonder Ferrari chose them to continue with this world premier dealership. The dealership made it a priority no matter the situation to present as best an example on our 599 HGTE. Will gladly be doing business again.
