Rude salesman

Inquired about a used vehicle this morning, salesman was extremely dismissive. Refusing to discuss monthly payments without running my credit. He either couldn’t or refused to understand if a person knows their credit score they do not need to “run it” “just to see”. His words not mine, his inability to communicate effectively lost a sale

The Best Experience Ever

I had an amazing experience from the service department, to sales, to finance. Matt, Michelle and Jamaley are outstanding and I’m so grateful for them. I was having issues with my truck, they were very informative, not pushy at all. I asked to look at a car and fell in love with the 2020 Nissan Maxima 3.3, especially in sport mode (the only mode you need 😂). Thank you Sheehy for helping me get my new luxurious ride! I’m so happy with the service and my purchase. I’ll be back in a few years!

Exceptional and Phenomenal Service.

Cameron was an exceptional sales associate from the phone conversation to the buying. Everyone there made you feel welcomed and cared for. I was provided with beverages and some pizza when I needed a snack.. Great Touch! My experience took approximately 4 hours give or take a few which was pretty good for purchasing a car. My only slight issue was when it came to the paper work I think the finance officer was a little upset when I told her I had gap isurance as part of my auto policy and I would not be purchasing the extended protection. Other than that it would've been a perdect experience. I was really impressed with the way I was treated there.

Great Experience

I was very satisfied with the service i got from Sam, He helped pick out a car that I thought would have been outside my price range but actually wasn’t. He was able to give me a couple more features for a cheap price.

Huge waste of time

Drove 45 minutes up from fort Meade to check out a frontier they had. Salesman asked if I planned on buying today before I’d even seen the truck. I said I’d have to check it out first then I’d decide that. After that he just pointed to the truck and walked away. I assumed he was going to get the keys, waited 30 minutes staring at a locked truck before I decided to just drive home. Halfway through my 45 minute drive back to base I get a call from the dealership responding to me leaving my number through them on cars.com. The salesman on the phone convinced me to come back and test drive the truck and assured me they wanted to make a deal on it. I drove 20 minutes back, test drove the truck and it drove nice. During my earlier 30 minutes of staring at a locked truck I looked at the tires which were visible weather rotted, and before my test drive I looked at the battery which was corroded. I told them I would be willing to make a deal if they took care of those things. They agreed to fix the battery but not the tires (presumably because a battery is only $100 and tires are easily $1000) I told them I wasn’t interested, but the salesman insisted that I look at the number they put together for me. I looked at it, and they lowballed me by $2200 for my trade in which I’d had appraised at 2 dealerships this week, both offered me NADA average trade in for it, which I was happy with. When I called them out on it, they recrunched the number and still lowballed me by $1200 citing that they use KBB. They then showed me the KBB number, and they were still low balling me by $500 based off their number. Then I got to drive back to fort Meade in Baltimore rush hour traffic because I’d had my time wasted from 2:30 to 5:30 pm.

Great experience. Friendly, helpful staff.

Chris Brown was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped me through all buying steps. James, the finance guy was friendly and helpful as well. Buying a car is always a pain but Sheehy made it less stressful.

Nice car buying experience

Sweet car buying experience at Sheehy Nissan! I got what I wanted even though my credit isn't the best. Kevin Boykin was my salesman - he's a no BS type of salesman and had me laughing through the process, which I very much appreciated. Thank you K.B. and Sheehy.

Great experience

Bought my new car from here and so glad I did.  My salesman Kevin Boykin showed me some features about it that I didn't know about. He was friendly and experienced but not pushy. Ill suggest Sheehy Nissan to people I know looking for a new car.
