Shopping for a new vehicle is not always enjoyable. The sales staff, especially Stefan, was great! We not only appreciated his knowledge but also the... fact that he respected our decision making process which brought us back. They gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and new car price. Was end of my lease and I wanted the same car - which was discontinued, and the new model wasn't expected to be out for another few months. The rep... at MB Marietta sourced a car for me, which was still en route, and stayed on top of it to make sure it was delivered to their location, and that it was then delivered to me. She was a tremendously helpful resource. The entire leasing process went smoothly and I happily drove away with my new MB SLC! THANK YOU MB Marietta!
I purchased my new vehicle via the internet. I never even visited the dealership nor viewed the vehicle in person. The staff at the dealership were very... helpful, trustworthy and supplied all of the information needed to purchase this vehicle remotely. They arranged to have a notary visit my home to finalize the deal. They even arranged to have my new Mercedes-Benz C300 Coupe delivered to my home. The entire process was very smooth.
I went to the Mercedes dealership in Marietta and my sales person was Michael McDonald who was phenomenal. I highly recommend this dealership they have... the best prices around town.
Unimpressed with employees and customer service they provide. Left their protective floor mat in my car crumpled and fthy. My back door and hood were not... closed but apparently the person who brought my car to me did not wonder why the dinging indicating that something was not closed was going off. Employees not professional or friendly.
I had a very terrible experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Marietta location. I will be doing injustice to their prospective customers if I don’t leave... a comment. In addition, to this comment I am using my technical skills to build a website where customers can leave feedback relating to their experience at this location. I hope to go live in about a month with the website. I was physically assaulted by Mr. Colin Austin, a Service Advisor on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at approximately 5:50 PM EST. The incident occurred while I was at the dealership to retrieve my 2011 Mercedes ML350 which was dropped off the previous day for service. After few minutes of arriving at the dealership on Saturday, I made contact with Mr. Austin and informed him about my reason for coming to the service department. Without much acknowledgement, he proceeded to make multiple calls on his office phone. He later informed me that he would call to have my car brought over. After standing for few minutes, I took the initiative to take the seat on the customer chair across from him. He placed two papers on the desk, asked me to sign one, and keep the second copy. After signing, and having my credit card processed, I asked him to kindly review the charges with me. Mr. Austin informed me that he is not my service advisor, and thus, he couldn’t provide much assistance in explaining the charges. I then told him to do his best, as I don’t understand some of the terminology on the invoice. Instead of explaining he condescendingly informed me that my total is $197.94 and that it included the oil change and light bulb replacement. Again, I asked him to kindly go through it, line by line, so that I can fully understand. At that point, he angrily commanded me to place the invoice that was in my possession on the desk for us to jointly review. I asked him to use the signed copy, which he had in his possession, as the two are identical. My goal was to go along with him using my copy as he explains. He initially refused and after making numerous derogatory comments, moved his chair backward, lifted the invoice towards the sky and attempted to explain. At that point I told him to stop being discourteous, because the situation was getting hostile. Sensing his reaction, I asked for my key so that I can leave. While he was handing me the key, I used my second hand to collect one of his business cards, which was directly in front of me, on top of his desk. Without warning. he leapt from his desk and proceeded to attack me. I immediately yelled, to get the attention of anyone that was in the vicinity. Mr. Aid Sultanovic, the General Sales Manager later took the key from him and handed it to me after intervening. I hope to breakdown my comments on my website once I go live.

We cannot say enough to thank Marietta Mercedes Benz.. Especially Lenny W the service advisor!! We had mechanical issues while traveling. We were trying... to get back to FL before our grandson passed away...Lenny met us in the parking lot, got us in and repairs done quickly and got us back on the road in time to see our grandson one last time. It would not have been possible otherwise.
Everyone at this dealership was fantastic! Professional, courteous & friendly without being condescending! Charles Nichols, my salesman, was superior!... He heard my questions when I walked into the dealership & was speaking with the receptionist. He immediately stepped in and was able to help. Charles listened to what my needs & desires were and then worked with me through several options until he creatively came up with the perfect solution that fit my needs! I HATE the car-buying process in general and Charles Nichols certainly changed my mind about that - he made it enjoyable! Not only do I feel like I have someone I can trust but I feel like I have a friend! Additionally, his follow-up customer service with me has been outstanding!
