Dave Steinfeld Rocks!

I was looking for a car to replace my high mileage Macan. I went to several Mercedes dealers in the Atlanta area and was given little attention as there is minimal inventory. I had previously purchased 4 vehicles from the Buckhead dealership and the salesperson could care less that I was there. I called the Marietta Dealership thinking a new E Class sedan would be a good fit. Dave Steinfeld took my call and immediately felt an E class Coupe would fit my lifestyle more appropriately. He found me an amazing pre owned E450 Coupe that has become my dream car. Dave is one of the vest salespersons I’ve dealt with in any profession. He followed thru on his commitments and promises and Overdelivered. Don’t trust the internet sales teams. Ask for him to help.

UPDATE to: Opportunity to correct a mistake.

UPDATE: Mercedes-Benz of Marietta corrected the odometer reading on my purchase documents, submitted the corrected information to the title/tag office, and filled up my gas tank for the inconvenience of having to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership. Thank you for keeping your word and correcting the error. I've adjusted my rating from 2 to 5 stars.

Opportunity to correct a mistake.

Comment At this time yes I would recommend this dealership because Rita (went on the test drives) was very nice and I want to give the dealership a chance to correct their mistake reporting incorrect odometer mileage. The 2 star rating reflects my overall experience including the odometer issue I noticed right after I left the dealership. I test drove 2 cars but should have made sure I checked the odometer on the car I purchased before signing. That was an error on my part. I would no longer recommend them if they are not willing to report the actual mileage on the car. An updated comment, rating/recommendation will be made after they've had a chance to correct the issue. Less than a mile after leaving the dealership, I pulled into the gas station on my right to make a call. During that call I talked about my new car and was asked how many miles my car has on it? That's when I realized I didn't check it before signing because it was already reading 62,000+ miles when I looked down to read it. Not bad mileage for a 2017, so that is not the issue. I pulled the car fax and the last reported mileage is 61,898; but, the dealership listed the mileage as 61,705 on my documents. That alone is a difference of 193 miles; but, the car was already over 62,000 miles when I was at the gas station less than a mile away after leaving with my purchase. Since it was only a few hundred miles and that doesn't effect the value of the car, I thought it was a simple mistake and I was exhausted so I went home to sleep. Later, I pulled out their AutoNation used vehicle 5 day/250 mile (whichever comes FIRST) Money-back guarantee and then I realized the car was already more than 300 miles over the 61,705 miles the dealership listed on my documents. Therefore, their AutoNation Money-Back Guarantee was already invalid (exceeded due to incorrect mileage) BEFORE I even left the dealership according to the documents ​they typed up. The dealership was already closed at this time; but, fortunately it has been less than 24 hours since my purchase so I will call when they are open in a few hours and ask them to correct the odometer reading mistake. (I noticed the previous reviewer talked about her trouble getting through on the phone and would rather email the GM. I hope that will not be my experience as well.) Huge lessons learned. I am buying a car for my kids next weekend, I will be well rested or I won't shop and I will take a picture of the odometer to check against the documents before I sign. If it was just an honest mistake as I believe it to be and they make the correction in a reasonable amount of time; I will continue to recommend them and update the 2 star rating of my overall purchase experience. Horrible service from Sales ass. and sales manager

Hello, unfortunately experience wasn't what I thought it was. First, I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because I felt something wasn't right and my sales person wasn't honest with the entire sale. My niece came with me and noticed the "sale manager" was very rude and never spoke to me or even said hello welcome. He sat in the writer office for 40 minutes and laughed like it was a game, I was rushed out. I asked Quintin did I need to put money down? He stated no? I would have put 2,500 or more. The disrespect I endured from Sales mgr he abused his "management skills" and he knew how to use his poor customer service skills with me. At 62 yrs. I never thought I would get treated so badly. The GM, God bless him for coming to my rescue when I was close to having another mild stroke due to the sales mgr Ignorance.The GM didn't have the correct information because sales assoc and sales mgr took this sale unprofessionally. There were things that was never explained by sale person Quintin. Very bad experience. Lost money from this which kept my $289.00 insurance fee. I would never go back due to the disrespect I encountered.
