    BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY COMMITS FRAUD! I bought a Dodge Ram from this company about a month ago and found out that it has significant frame damage.... They are claiming to know nothing about it and will not fix the vehicle, even the warranty i purchased suggested by the dealer will not fix the vehicle. Ross was very friendly and helpful but now when i talk him he is rude and always makes an excuse to get off the phone. They are very a conniving and deceiving company. The truck looked great but a month after I bought the vehicle I had to take the spare tire off and thats when I found out that the frame is literally falling apart day by day. The left rear shock is also falling apart due to the frame damage. The frame can literally be broken off with your fingers and it is now going to cost me 3,000 to 5,000 to fix it after i already spent 13,000 on the vehicle itself. The vehicle was advertised as an "off-road ready vehicle" which it clearly is not considering some of the frame breaks off every time it hits gravel and i clearly cannot take it off road. They also falsely advertised the vehicle when it was sold. They claimed it had heated seats and leather interior which it did not. When i bought the truck i gave them the benefit of doubt, thinking maybe they accidentally had falsely advertised this vehicle. I was obviously wrong and am now wishing i had not paid for this vehicle. So i highly recommend you trust your instincts when you walk into this used car lot and think to yourself, wow this looks like it could be a sleazy company because thats exactly what it is. So for any people that find themselves interested in a vehicle at this dealership i would highly recommend going elsewhere. If i could leave 0 stars i would.

    These guys have an excellent costumer service I bought a Porsche from them the costumer service was A+ they were very knowledgeable, there price was very... reasonable.

    The Hoffman lot is a not paved, dirt lot - not a detraction but a consideration depending on weather and footwear. It appears some construction is ongoing,... as there are metal plates across areas in the driveway. My significant other and I drove 3 hours from down south to specifically purchase a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche from another dealership. Upon arrival at the other company, we found that the vehicle they offered had significantly more issues than disclosed and so sought a similar vehicle which we found was available at Hoffman. Upon arrival at the dealership around 10am, no hours were posted and the gate was locked - we called the business number found online and shortly after speaking with the gentleman that answered, a salesman arrived on the lot. We explained we had no cash down, were looking to trade in the Silverado we had driven up to Sacramento, provided our desired trade in price, and also advised of the payment range we were looking to make. The salesman repeatedly reassured us that our situation was completely doable, he'd find a bank to finance us, and assured us we'd love the vehicle on his lot. He insisted we take a test drive before anything else, again confident we'd love the vehicle - we did as it was very well kept, had very low miles, and was right in our price range. The problems started when we returned from the test drive. Despite other dealerships and Blue Book trade in values listing our trade in, the salesman was only willing to offer 40% of its worth. We were considering that offer and continued the paperwork. The salesman repeatedly ignored me, deferring to my significant other, definitely making me feel like "the little woman," despite my attempts to ask pertinent questions about the Avalanche and about financing options. As we progressed through the paperwork, the salesman became increasingly condescending, saying he wasn't sure he'd be able to meet our monthly payment terms, then unsure he'd find us a lender without at least $3,000 down (though we'd disclosed NO down prior to the test drive), even going so far as to ask if we had a credit card and repeatedly push for us to put a down payment on a credit card! This was BEFORE he'd even run our credit information (we have excellent credit), before he'd attempted to find a lender, and without presenting options. He instead continued to push us for a deferred down payment and to put $3,000 on a credit card. As his attitude deteriorated and became increasingly sarcastic, it became clear to me that there was something hinky in how the salesman was trying to complete the deal. My significant other and I both agreed that we no longer wished to do business with Hoffman Auto, I communicated my displeasure with how we were treated and we left. No matter how good the deal, I would not do business with Hoffman Auto simply because of how disrespected I felt that I was treated, both as a buyer and as a woman. We found, and bought, the vehicle we were looking for, with all of the same terms and a higher trade-in value on our current vehicle, from a competitor less than an hour later.

    Great car options, clean but VERY disrespectful sales people! Tried to work on trade in and financing - we chose to leave before even finishing the paperwork,... after working things for an hour, due to the representative's poor attitude.
