    If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership interested in making THEIR WRONGS right, LOOK ELSEWHERE! John Mayeu of Nissan of Lawton had my husband... drive from Dallas to Lawton and waste a workday and a tank of gas to find that at first he wanted to add on to their agreed price, then my husband found a good deal of damage to the car that was not disclosed and conveniently angled out of pictures. My husband was told they'd fix the damage for an ADDITIONAL COST! The manager would not come out and address why they would lure a customer to lose a whole day driving back and forth for a dishonest sales tactic.

    I had been looking at the same vehicle at 2 different dealerships with a big difference in price. I decided to go see the one with the lower price one... that was only 45min from my house first. John Mayeu of Nissan of Lawton warned me that something had to be wrong with it for it to be that price and he was right, it had damage from an accident that was not reported on and I did not want to buy a car just to put it in the shop for body repair. John then told me that some dealerships are just not trustworthy and that I would not have that problem with him and Nissan of Lawton, so the next day I drove 2.5 hours to buy from his self proclaimed, honest self and reputable dealership. That was a huge mistake! When I got there, after having an agreed upon price and having my credit run to start the purchase process, I found out that that Nissan was also had damage from an accident. xxx! He specifically told me to NOT TO TRUST DEALERS THAT DID THIS and then he did it himself. I immediately told him I would not purchase the van and that this was BS, having me drive all the way there (2.5 hours) for a damaged car. All he did was say ok and walk back in the dealership. Another individual there (that happened to know my grandmother) tried to see if it could be fixed with paintless dent repair but but it was going to have to be repaired in the body shop. I DROVE ALL THAT WAY TO BE LIED TO BY THE SALESMAN, WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY, JUST TO BE LIED TO BY A RUDE SALESMAN (JOHN MAYEU). TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE SALES MANAGER KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND NEVER EVEN CAME OUT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OR TO APOLOGIZE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP BUT IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO THERE USE ANYONE BUT JOHN MAYEU.

    Super appreciative of the assistance I received from Miguel and his associates on my new car purchase. I was traveling and stopped in due to another vehicle... being totaled and needing something reliable. I explained my needs to Miguel, he matched me to the Rogue, and it was exactly the car we needed! Their customer service and can do attitude was really refreshing and I was glad to give them my business, being as most of them there are Veterans, which I am one myself. Beat dealership experience I?ve had. Thanks again to those guys!

    My daughter purchased her first new car today thanks to some verry outstanding customer service . We started our day with Miguel he was great he knew what... we were looking for in a vehicle . He had it all in order for her when we showed up to the dealership. Mageal had prepared the vehicles that she was interested in ttest driving and was well prepared to make a sale. We recieved friendly and courteous service by everyone in the dealership. We finished our day of with a lovely lady named Ramona who also did a outstanding job in her department .
