Problem after problem
I was there for four hours which would?ve been fine if I was a walk in but I had an appointment. And when I made the appointment I told them what was wrong with my vehicle. I was given a price over the phone for the repair. Took my truck at my appointment time only for them to tell me they had to order the part and it was $600 more than what I was told over the phone. Took my truck back when the parts arrived they fixed it and it ended up being $300 more than the last price I was told. So essentially I spent $900 more than I had been told from the beginning. Certain people at this particular location will try to help but as I company most of the time you will get the run around. If I could go back I would?ve bought a vehicle somewhere else.

Terrible Customer service.
Terrible customer service. I purchased a power wagon from them. It was an out of state registration and from the beginning they said this would not be an issue for them. Well my temporary tags have expired and I asked for a set to cover down until I get my permanent plates. My salesperson now doesn?t text back after he told me to ?check with my county.?None of the managers are able to talk on the phone and help me with this. So now I have a $55k truck that I can not legally drive around. Keep in mind I called the dealership and salesperson around March 10th to ensure that the paperwork was done and I was told it was and I should expect my plates in 3 weeks or so from the state. Well around March 20th came around and they sent me the registration paperwork for my signature. (Which I was told was already done.) Yesterday I called my county to see the status and they said it will take 2weeks. For their failure and unwillingness to help I can?t drive my truck. I will never recommend this place, this place is NOT MILITARY friendly. I will most likely seek legal help since I need my vehicle to drive to work.

Service at this Location, Columbus, GA
We always wait two to three hours each time that we go to this dealer and that is entirely too long. Our last visit for an oil change was two hours and that is ridiculous. The attendant was very rude and unprofessional He seemed to want to be some place else other than where he was. His attitude was horrible.

Good Service -- but, something was missed
Car was taken in for RECALL Servicing and oil change. The quote for tires was a bit higher than what I've found elsewhere. The rear cross-traffic alert was checked -- but it is clearly still not working. Everything else was good! Thanks!!

RIMS on Jeep Wrangler took 8hrs.
I had an appointment at 7:30 am to have RIMS place on 2018 Jeep Sahara. I was advise that it would take 2 hrs to put the rims on 5 tires. I didn't leave the dealership until around 3:30 pm that day. I was highly upset that I had spent 8hrs waiting to have rims placed on my jeep. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. The Manger of the Service department did speak with me and was very apologetic. I would just recommend going forward, make the customer aware if there is an issue and don't lie and say that you are working on the vehicle when clearly you are not.
