Went in to purchase a new vehicle. Can’t say it was a bad experience. But it could have been better. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly except... for the manager. Waiting for the finance person took longer that I would have wanted. There also was a lack of communication among everyone there. On person says one thing, another says a different thing. You would think the manager would take the time to clear everything up but instead tried to get me out the door once the purchase had been made lol. Not a big deal but for someone who isn’t as patient this would definitely be a reason to walk out without making a purchase. Went back a couple days later for the Cilajet application and the everything went very smooth. The service department was friendly and helpful. No issues there.
What can I say... Every time I have to take my car to be serviced at Serramonte Nissan George, darrell, and Delaney are always the most helpful they’re... super good to deal with and I get my car back UC within about two hours I know we all hate taking our cars to a dealership because we all think that service standards aren’t there but with this dealership Their service standards are top notch. So do yourself a favor and go see the guys at Serramonte Nissan Sales for saying you won’t regret it
I would like to give a big thanks to Rochelle and Joey for making my car buying experience enjoyable. Its never easy buying a car but these two made the... process simple and pain free. I appreciate the straight forward and caring approach they used while making the deal. I am not happy about this dealership specially used car manager he’s rude. I want the general manager know about this so he can reprimand his manager of... the used car. He was so luck I didn’t talk back to him. The way you act it’s seems that your not a manager. Sorry for the workers in Nissan Serramonte but I have to voice what I experience in you store by ur used car manager. Pls gm make an action to this if you want customer to come to ur dealership. So no one will have to experience of what I have experience in your store.
Excellent adviser, prompt service, excellent facility, close to my home, easy to make appointment, car had been washed, easier to communicate, explanation... of the condition of your car and what has been done.
Took my car for diagnostics. Somehow the 180 point inspection missed a 2 inch crack in an intake hose. Such an obvious oversight makes me doing the... thoroughness of the inspection. I will not return there for Nissan service.
We had owned and were very happy with a 2015 Leaf which was unfortunately totaled. We were not expecting to be in the market for a new car for another... several years, but when my husband contacted several Nissan dealerships in the Bay Area, Hien at Serramonte was one of the easiest to work with.
