I was looking at a Dodge Magnum the had listed as a SXT, 3.5L V6, 4 spd auto with RWD. In checking into the history of that config for reliability it didnt... show it as a possible setup. They do not list their Vins and you have to request them. When I got the Vin they had listed I ran it and showed that it was for a SE not a SXT and a 2.7L not a 3.5L! HUGE difference in value and quality. I also noticed body repairs on other trucks that are listed as no accident reported in their lot. I will never purchase a vehicle from there, it is the reason for the old stereotype of th shady used car salesman.
Got a great deal on my trade in. Rolled off the lot in a beautiful Ford Sho with low miles thanks to my salesman Joe Smith! Some of these people leaving... bad reviews don’t realize they are used cars with over 80k miles.. If you want something brand new, then you probably shouldn’t shop at a USED car lot.. I will definitely buy from them again if I’m ever back in the market. Until then, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends in the market for a car. All the staff here are great and always willing to help.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Test drove two vehicles. First one shook so bad going down the highway, it was hard to control. Vehicle was horribly out of alignment.... Steering wheel had to be turned almost a half turn in order to drive straight. The a/c barely blew out any air and what did come out was warm. The second vehicle was ok but had started rusting in the wheel wells. This is Ohio and typical of most vehicles because of the road salt. Applied for and was approved for loan, however, the finance person tried to slide more money on the base sales price in order to fill his pockets. He had hoped that I wouldn't notice but when I questioned him on it, he said it was necessary in order for the financing to go through. I spoke with the bank, explained to them what happened and faxed the paperwork to them so they could review. Even the bank said he had changed the base sales price, making the total price way more than what I was approved for. Very sleazy, rude and unprofessional!
I was recently looking to buy a used truck and I sent a request for information on one I was interested in and received a response in a very quick and... timely manner and even though I didn't end up buying from them I would definitely use it again
Went there to check out a used SUV they were friendly and helped get my wife and myself into a nice SUV.
Went to check out a car, greeted by friendly woman but the car was in worse shape than noticed. I called and asked about any body damage and they said... no. However the car had a crack in the windshield and a hole in the bumper. The financial rep was highly pressuring and smelled like alcohol in the afternoon. The interest rate I was given was undoable. Seemed like a sleazy place that I would not trust
Horrible dealership . They are selling broken rusted junk cars
We bought a 2005 Saturn Vue with over 263,000 miles. We got a very good deal. Catherine was a polite and professional sales associate. She put no pressure... on us at all. Brandon was a great financial officer. We weren't expecting much out of the vehicle, it did have a couple very minor things that were easy to fix. It was very well kept up and a good clean car. Brandon haggled with me a little bit and made me feel like I got a better deal. I drove around 80 miles to get there and will do it again when I need another vehicle.
Was approved for $8000 on a truck... drive hour and a half to waste time to find rockers rusted out and bunch of bondo filler used to fix all the rust... and underneath was all rusty... we find another truck under what we was approved for and they told us no they couldn't do that, that we should test drive what we originally came to get... like that's gonna change the rusted out parts u covered up....and since we said no they refused to put us in the cheaper truck... so drove back home hour and half later empty handed...
To keep a long story short they're selling junk cars that they don't offer to fix at high prices. They also try to get you loans for cars that you never... actually say you want to buy. Believe me thats the long story short version. The long version is on my Google review. Look em up. I'm not the only dissatisfied person to go here.
