This dealership is dishonest and using salesman tactics
This dealership is dishonest and using salesman tactics the picture that was presented on AutoTrader was incomplete I wasted my time driving to the dealership only to find out that the only pictures they posted was the front and the side they didn't post the other sides of the picture of the van second I told the salesman that I was looking for a company vehicle and I did not want to use my personal credit and they ran my personal credit anyway I'm not sure how they got my social security because I did not provide them my social security to run my credit

When you buy a car you expect honesty and transparency.
When you buy a car you expect honesty and transparency. Windshield cracked promise to replace. Did happen. Tire sensor promise to replace. Didn’t happen. All in my contract. Now 45 days after purchase need for a high Colette battery. Thy were extremely nice before the sale and when I called I was basically told why don’t you call your insurance for the glass and your sensor you could go to Tesla. . My goal I to discuss this on every platform I have and discuss on my podcast platform and use my influence in local news media to spotlight businesses with lack of integrity.

The experience was awful.
The experience was awful. The total price received from the online sales department and the one given when I went to the dealership was $4,000 higher and they did not care to honor the price I had in writing, truth in pricing did not exist there! I also felt like I was frowned upon and discriminated against for not wanting to finance the vehicle. I walked out and would not buy a vehicle from them!

Classic bait and switch sales model.
Classic bait and switch sales model. I called asking for availability of a Model 3, giving them the VIN, and the employee said the car was on the lot and to come over to purchase. We showed up in 20 minutes, and somehow the car was already sold. I’ve never heard of a car sale where it went from available to sold in 20 minutes. The salesperson then tried telling me the car parked in front of the building was the one that just sold and they’re finishing up paperwork. Unfortunately, the vehicle was a Model Y, and after even comparing VIN numbers, which was different than the Model 3 that was listed online and confirmed available on the phone. She then pushing that I could pre-purchase a vehicle to my requirements and have it available tomorrow. Sorry, but if you can’t be honest with me at the start, I don’t care if you can get me a car in an hour!

Forget about the excitement of purchasing/leasing a new
Forget about the excitement of purchasing/leasing a new car. Forget about the initial "wow" factor. New car smell? We love it. But it fades. Think about the bigger picture.1,311 miles into my lease, I needed a wheel alignment. Just over 12,000 miles into the lease, I needed another one. The picture is what my front passenger tire looked like at this point. After the second one, I left the dealership (picked it up after work when service department was closed / stopped taking customers for the day) and noticed my steering wheel was sitting off center. Mind you, I had the wheel alignment done after I had to pay $300 out of my own pocket for tires. I took the car back and the Service advisor I spoke with told me they'd have to perform ANOTHER wheel alignment. That makes 3. Their answer to the answer to my problem? - I either hit a pothole or hit a curb (I have not). I've been driving for 16 years... Never had issues like this. Clearly, something is wrong with the vehicle. THREE wheel alignments over the span of 18 months? Needless to say, they just weren't helpful, gave generic answers, and.... surprise, surprise - did not do right by the customer. Side note, I originally went to this dealership to look at cars and they were beyond terrible. Ended up leasing it elsewhere. The only reason I've gone to Reed in Clermont is because I can walk to the dealership from where I live. All about convenience, right? They're terrible. Stay away from this dealership and stay away from Nissan at all costs. Overpriced, poorly manufactured, undependable. Side note, separate from the 2 times I've gotten wheel alignments done by them, there were 2 other times I've gone there and wasted my time because they couldn't service me. First time they told me the wheel alignment machine was down and they would give me a call once it was working again. I called xx and went back VERY shortly after I left.. Machine was working and they didn't contact me. Second time I was turned away, I waited at the dealership for an hour and a half before they basically told me hey, we're too backed up, can't get to the car today. "You didn't have an appointment" doesn't apply here. I called for one and one of the service advisors told me they don't necessarily operate around appointments. Bring the car in, you might have to wait but we'll take care of it was the response I was given.

I took my car in for a tune up and oil change last
I took my car in for a tune up and oil change last Wednesday My check engine light came on and my engine shook like crazy on the way home from dealer ship. I looked under the hood, my engine cover was replaced with some other car engine cover. My serpentine belt was off centered on the alternator. Car was not doing that before taking it in for the tune up and oil change. will not purchase Nissan from that Nissan dealer ship because of service dept.
