The only good thing about this dealership is the financing department. I bought a 2018 Hyundai sonata and found out the oil drain plug was leaking because apparently their technicians think loctight = crush washer. When I drained and filled the oil, there was less than 2 quarts in the car! The capacity is 4.7 quarts. I came back to ask if I could trade the car back in and was told in so many words to go xxxx myself

Had a great experience buying our new Nissan. Staff was all courteous and friendly and worked with us to get a great deal. Our salesperson was Hasnae and we enjoyed dealing with her. She was professional, knowledgeable, fun and very helpful with all our needs. Thank you to everyone who made our purchase such a success and we will recommend to anyone who we know that is looking to purchase a vehicle!

Hasnae was exceptional and knowledgeable about their Nissan product. She was intelligent and showed genuine interest in helping us choose the best vehicle as well as worked with our budget and need. The whole team exhibited professionalism as we went through the process that lead to us driving off the lot in a brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra! If you're looking to buy a Nissan, Reed Nissan is highly recommend. See Hasnae who was absolutely wonderful. 5 stars to her and 5 stars to that team!

Recently (late July 2024) visited the service department
Recently (late July 2024) visited the service department at this Nissan dealership & was disappointed in the waiting room area compared to other dealerships. It seemed to be 3rd rate where other dealerships service department waiting room treat their customers like future purchasers of new cars. In this waiting room they only had coffee & water free for customers. Others offer a lot more and they're significantly more appealing & comfortable for us. It is apparent this area wasn't given much though on creativity and in desperate need of redesigning. I also was disappointment that their charge for a diagnostic was north of $200.00 & I walked away feeling like I was robbed! I visited a Toyota dealership new this dealership last year for my Lexus & the cost of the repair was very high & I chose not to do the work & their service advisor said no charge for the diagnostic. In this economy we're living in it's always nice to know some dealership understand and do the right thing! Not this dealership! I will not be returning here and recommend others to look at other dealerships that are more customer focused. I'm in senior management position for over 20 years & I've always said to my employees if your days starts at 7:30 am & you arrive near 7:30 "You're Late"! I arrived at this dealership @ 7am for a 7:30 appointment & noticed lots of their mechanics arrived after 7:25...not good! Maybe it's a reflection of their management but not good! Other dealerships I've been to the employees are there at least 15 minutes early! The only positive was the Service Advisor was professional. However, when I asked another service advisor where my car was 30 minutes after my car was taken she (young lady) replied with an attitude kind of like she was perturbed I even asked - not good!

Poorest run dealership ever.
Poorest run dealership ever. Scott was the worst FIRST CONTACT for them as well. Very negative and full of what isn't covered and what I'd need to pay to get anything done. If you are considering this place DONT. Response from a manager said he was going to get with me. He never did. I Amat Jenkins Nissan in Leesburg. Such a night and day difference. Very professional, went over my "bumper to bumper warranty and what it actually covers. Again I SAY DO NOT GIVE REED YOUR BUSINESS

I spoke with them for a few days on a particular car that
I spoke with them for a few days on a particular car that I had been interested in. Finally we drove from space coast to Clermont in 5 :00 traffic because they made us feel that car would be gone. We get there and they tell us we just missed it yet nobody called us. We should have just left then, however they swore to us they would make it right and get us into something reasonable that we would love. We had to leave to go to work and that was half a week ago they ran our credit lots of times but no phone call no nothing I called and texted them no answer. They could not even give us a quick email that we obviously were not worth their time. Horrible business practice they really were a disappointment. Especially after wasting our time to drive 80 miles each way to show up for a car they knew was already sold.

Called to see if a certain truck was still available on
Called to see if a certain truck was still available on their lot fir sale, explained to to man named Malik that I was traveling over 2 hours to get and to be sure, he said on 2 different occasions the truck was there, I informed him I was on my way to see the truck, when I got there they it wasn't there and then procreded to try to sell me another truck that was in horrible shape! Buyer beware of the bait and switch with this car company.
