Worst experience.

Worst experience. After you’ve signed and bought with them, they treat you like trash. Our salesperson was shady and didn’t document our issue of the second key not being programmed to our car. Took the key back from us, never resolved the issue and then left the company shortly after. I was laughed at, transferred, on hold, dropped, had to continue calling back and spoke to probably every department before sales managers told me, “it’s not our problem” some lifelong commitment to their customers and exceeding expectations as I heard repeatedly for the 1.5hrs of being on hold.

I went there on a monday and bought a used car and i was told everything was checked mechanically, obviously had a few cosmetic problems BUT i only cared about the mechanic portion since it would be my first car. The day right after i go back in because my car starts jerking and i already have a feeling that there is something wrong, everyone tells me that oh it’s not that serious, they brush me off and tell me I need to speak to the Used car Manager so i leave ( they tell me he would be there wednesday). I go wednesday and he’s not there they still brush me off and tell me he’s here on thursday. On thursday I go and he’s not there. Everyone tells me it’s not that bad so I go to a honda dealership to actually see what’s wrong, they said the transmission fluid is leaking and there was a plug that wasn’t plugged into the engine. This obviously is very dangerous and is something that they would’ve avoided if they in fact did check the car in the first place. I was told by a service person that it only had a safety check but not the thorough check.Im like okay I understand but I want my money back because I bought a car from a dealership so that way I can be sure that I am getting my moneys worth because dealerships are supposed to check the car completely BEFORE selling it. The service team at Nissan Told me i need a new transmission. Obviously it wasn’t. WHY WASNT THE TRANSMISSION GOOD IF EVERYTHING WAS SUPPOSEDLY CHECKED. They told me that he would be there saturday. I went in today ( SATURDAY) and finally saw the used car manager, they told me I need to use the warranty and if something can’t be fixed then they will try to give me a refund. However, i was there ALL week and I also live an hour away from this dealership so Obviously took 10 Hours travel time in total to go back and forth. I now need to wait to see if they can fix my car or if they can give me my down payment back. Some employees were horrible. My sales person, finance person, and the used car sales manager were all RESPECTFUL and very nice and understanding. Others were very rude and had nasty attitudes. I’m a first time financer with questions. Obviously a sales person job is to sell BUT also accommodate and answer any questions someone may have about their vehicle. That wasn’t done for me i was just brushed off and still am with the same outcome. I don’t recommend to buy any used vehicles or maybe even new vehicles there . A lady had gone in yelling because the AC didn’t work in her brand new car right after I was leaving. This dealership clearly doesn’t care about its clientele. 0/5 STARS. I hope that they learn that they shouldn’t buy cars from other brands OR even their own brand if they won’t try to fix it fully or even try to inform the client of the downsides to it. I now have a used car with a bad transmission and it’s only day 5🙄 so quick to sell but never quick to solve their problem after it’s been sold. Also, the sale price of the car was $9,700, I put a down payment of $3000, i’m financing for 72 months WITH A 26% APR😡 BUT i’m financing $12000😑 this makes NO sense at all. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND LEADERSHIP: ANTHONY BELTRAN ( needs to learn how to speak to clients and learn that he can’t yell at clients and talk to them like he’s a higher up) LEISHIA GARCIA ( needs to stop brushing off peoples concerns, as a manager prioritizing concerns should be one of their skills) Employee, service advisor, and Leadership I RECOMMEND: COLIN SULLIVAN TONY SHOUMAN EDWIN GONZALEZ FRANCISCO CARIAS ALL OF THESE 4 ABOVE were extremely helpful and spoke to me in a calmly matter.

Just bought a Nissan juke last week and within 3 days the service engine light came on. Service told me there’s nothing they can do and have to pay 200 dollar diagnostic fee. Save yourself the trouble and buy a vehicle somewhere else.

THEY ARE CROOKS AND CAN’t BE TRUSTED.

THEY ARE CROOKS AND CAN’t BE TRUSTED. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO - (0) BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION. Bought used 2019 Altima in 2021 that had 750 miles on it. Just took in for 2’nd oil change - has 9,000 miles and they said I need to: 1. Replace back brakes for $299.96 Nissan recommends new breaks between 30,000 to 70,000 miles 2. Flush brake lines - 189.95 Nissan recommends 20,000 3 Replace 2 filters for ~$125.00 When I bought the car a paid over $2,000 for an extended 5 years warranty which they said would cover everything. Ha Ha - it covers oil change and tire rotation. Of course they don’t give you a copy of the documents, everything is on a memory stick. After printing out and reading the warranty, it covers almost nothing. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. WHEN THEY CALLED FOR A FOLLOW UP WE TOLD THEM SO AND THAT THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER ANYTHING. THEIR SUGGESTION WAS TO COME IN AND TRADE IT IN ON A NEW CAR THAT REALLY HAS A TRUE WARRANTY.
