THEY ARE CROOKS AND CAN’t BE TRUSTED. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO - (0) BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION. Bought used 2019 Altima in 2021 that had 750 miles on it. Just took in for 2’nd oil change - has 9,000 miles and they said I need to: 1. Replace back brakes for $299.96 Nissan recommends new breaks between 30,000 to 70,000 miles 2. Flush brake lines - 189.95 Nissan recommends 20,000 3 Replace 2 filters for ~$125.00 When I bought the car a paid over $2,000 for an extended 5 years warranty which they said would cover everything. Ha Ha - it covers oil change and tire rotation. Of course they don’t give you a copy of the documents, everything is on a memory stick. After printing out and reading the warranty, it covers almost nothing. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. WHEN THEY CALLED FOR A FOLLOW UP WE TOLD THEM SO AND THAT THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER ANYTHING. THEIR SUGGESTION WAS TO COME IN AND TRADE IT IN ON A NEW CAR THAT REALLY HAS A TRUE WARRANTY.

They sold me 2019 sentra with 28,00 miles and warranty and all sorts of other stuff, yet every time I have a issue they submit a claim and and say it's not covered under warranty even though I'm always there for routine check up and maintenance on vehicle!? Absolute scam fhey run there!

Last vehicle I will buy for the wife

Kevin is a excellent sales guy it took two days of negotiating with him and the manager about the first car but it was not right so he put us in a different one without any problems paid cash for it and we were happy 😉

Do not buy a car from this group of criminals. They sold my 85 year old mother (who is on hospice with end stage emphysema and dementia) a 2020 Chevrolet Spark with 50k miles on it for $16k. (BRAND NEW FULL RETAIL PRICE!!!) Then charged her another $2944 for a warranty plan and another $1056 for a GAP plan. Then they got her to finance it with Ally Financial at 20% APR. She receives $1371/month SSI and her car payment is almost $500. They have her paying $38,800 for a $12,500 car. You are literally around her for 18 seconds and you can see she's out of her mind and very sick. My husband tried to resolve the matter by phone, as we live over 1000 miles away. Initially, they would not put anyone in management on the line. They quit answering our calls all together - so we had to call from a different phone number to get them to answer at all, then demand not to be put on black hole hold indefinitely. They had some rude individual named Rahaf get on and tell us they won't even speak to us until we present our Power Of Attorney in person. We have already filed a elder fraud complaint against Jordan Graham, the salesperson, with the state of FL. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They are desperate to sell and squeeze as much as they can from anyone who is vulnerable. Stay away.

Don’t shop here.

Don’t shop here. I just bought a 2016 Kia Soul from here yesterday and with an open recall from 2019 on it. When I asked about inspections and the recall showing on the carfax. I was told the car has been completely inspected and the recall been taken care of. My insurance company says it’s still open recall. I’ve called now 3 times and been cold transferred to voicemails with no sales manger answering. The 4th call Valarie or someone hung up on me. Stay away from Reed Nissan of Clermont.

I just want to follow up on this the service Reed Nissan

I just want to follow up on this the service Reed Nissan has provided. I bought a vehicle on Janunary 07, 2023 and they have still have failed to transfer the vehicle. The dealership stated they did not have an insurance card for the vehicle. That was provided on the day of purchase. In addition they stated my wife's operators license was expired. Like I say this vehicle was purchased 01/07/2023. The wife's operator's license did expire on 01/23/2023 and was updated before that date. All I am. is saying is Reed Nissan did nothing with the paperwork for a month and failed to notify us of any problems with the paperwork. We did contact the Reed Nissan on 02/06/2023 and spoke to Frankie and stated the department that handles the paperwork does not speak to the public. Frankie was right and would not allow us to speak to the paperwork department. Frankie was nice enough to send us an updated dealer tag because ours was expired. If Reed Nissan had any customer service they would have overnighted the paperwork to the courthouse so we could have the vehicle transferred in our name. Reed Nissan has very poor customer service and I am still waiting for them to send the paperwork to transfer my vehicle.

Horrible Service from both Sales and Service, told me they would help with covering the car to bring it by, let them know i need a loaner as well if they are keeping car, they said come through, turns out they had no loaners to give me, kept my car for 4 days said they were waiting on parts, to then at the end to tell me they wouldn’t cover it because i added a spoiler to the car which had nothing to do with the engine issues horrible dealership if i could give less than a star i would

Excellent dealer but POOR product!

Reed Nissan Clermont, Florida has some amazing employees and the sales process was pleasant! I am fed up with the product though! I have owned my 2019 Armada for two years and it’s not reliable. Within the first year I found myself, my wife, and the family being left stranded with a vehicle that won’t start. We have been left stranded more than a dozen times! On more than 50 separate occasions, the vehicle has not started on the first attempt. It would take up to 10 plus attempts and over five minutes to start the engine. Nissan one would come jump start the vehicle or tow it, if it won’t start for them. Service has tried trouble shooting more than 7 times and they always say they have found the solution. Here we are today (12/2/2021), my wife is stranded once again…We should not have to do this! I am highly upset and now it’s time to expose this ongoing issue which is very inconvenient and dangerous for my family with small children!
