He explains everything simply and with knowledge, he is honest and genuine just a trustworthy man whom keeps his word and in today’s world that’s what we need!! Zero stars. Too many issues to list and management does...

Zero stars. Too many issues to list and management does not care. In and out of service for 2 years with 8 major issues. Impossible for them to get a rental car supposedly but then I call enterprise of Clermont and they have multiple cars available. That is the main place they rent from

Very dishonest shady dealership

Brought a friend to dealership to purchase a new 2020 Rogue SL, made appointment because I had purchased my Marranos there in 2017. Her experience turned into a nightmare, she bought a Rogue, 10 days later her registration was mailed to her the dealership titled the car in my name, this was the beginning of a nightmare that is still not resolved completely entirely.

After 5 hours waiting for the car fix came to me and told me that I have to pay for labor ( under warranty) of course I refuse to do that and they put my car ready to go and said that they don’t have the part available and they will let me know to fix at no cost as they told me under warranty I’m still waiting for the phone call that will never happen because the unprofessional and rude service ever Think twice before you decide to go to these dealership and service because they don’t honor the warranty and if you don’t pay extra will never happen

I went to Nissan Reed Clermont service for oil change On...

I went to Nissan Reed Clermont service for oil change On time and the lady told me that it will take 1.30 hr or max 1.45 hr, but it took more than 2.45 hr, and did it worth to wait?? Of course not!! The agent added tire rotation by herself to the list and telling me that I signed the paper at the end, means that I have to pay?? which was very rude!! The reason why it happened; she was on the phone while getting my car into the service, may be whoever had a conversation with her asking for tire rotation. I refused to pay and finally they took it out. It was my second time to go there but for sure will not go again. Also when I arrive there most of the staff were NOT wearing mask( especially from sales section, no one! which is in same building), I was surprised!! No Sanitizing for any chair, pen, coffee machine etc. no one was paying attention for Covid 19!! Just there were few warning papers attached around, nothing else, completely no Action at all!! What a miserable and unsafe place. DO NOT GO there!!!

I was told when bought tires for my car from them that you get free tire rotation, so I brought my car that I bought from them to get tires rotated and then told that they do not do that. So I was lied to for they could get that sale. Will never do business with a place that will lie to get your dollar. Not a honest place to do business with.

On June 10th I took my car in for an oil change as I have...

On June 10th I took my car in for an oil change as I have for the last year and a half. the service lady told me that my oil change was not covered. She also said that “I suppose they didn’t tell you that when you called” and she said “the sales department needs to stop telling people that the extended warranty covers all oil changes.” When we bought the car the sales manager said “you’re gonna pay for oil changes anyway so this is a no brainer.” My vehicle is still under warranty until February 2022. Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back to reed Nissan for an oil change.

Highly Recommend Reed Nissan of Clermont

I had almost given up on my hope to find the Nissan Rouge that I was in love with that I was told was already sold. After a last minute decision to drive to Clermont - they had the car available! I had the pleasure of working with Josh Roopchand who was friendly, knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. Though my sale was ultimately transferred to their Orlando dealership If it wasn't for Josh I wouldn't have gotten my dream car today. I highly recommend Josh and plan to return to Reed Nissan of Clermont in the future.

I highly recommend Salesman Josh to those looking to buy a new car. I visited Reed of Clermont today after their partner dealership told me the Rogue I wanted was sold. Thankfully Josh was there to help me and verified the car was in fact still available! He was able to match their online price and even came back with it a bit lower! I am now the owner of a beautiful Nissan Rogue and plan to return to Reed Nissan of Clermont in the future. Thank you Josh!

My wife and I visited this dealership today looking for a Rouge she found online. Josh Roopchand was helpful and was instrumental in this purchase. Without him she would have purchased another car she was not nearly as excited about. Highly recommend Josh and this dealership.
