Great service by the knowledgeable team, specially by sales executive Renan Rupires, with the added bonus of him speaking Portuguese -- so if you are Brazilian and wants to purchase a car in Central Florida without the language barrier, he's the go-to guy. On top of that, the pre-owned cars inventory looks pristine; my trade-in was reasonably valued; and the dealership has amenities like free coffee and water, comfortable chairs and sofas, cellphone charging stations, a TV room etc.

Finance manager Amien Ambide Is one of the most dishonest human beings I've ever met. This level of dishonesty is crminal and is a huge reflection of management due to the fact he is allowed to continue his employment at Reed. Smoke and mirrors. He will tell you one thing and when you take your car in to get fixed then you get told another. Mark my words stay away from their extended warranty and Easy Care.
