I took my car in for an oil change, ended up leaving with a new car. They were seamless and extremely professional. Tony Fischer is a great salesman, never... overbearing and looks out for you. I will highly recommend them for the future!
I had been here for service, but I finally let them talk me into a new year model of what i’m already driving (18 Sonata SE/20 Sonata Ltd), and all I can... say is WOW. From the already top-notch treatment I was getting in service, I was whisked away for Sales where they kept my payment within 50 bucks of what it already was for the Vehicle I financed, not to mention I got the fully loaded version of what I had and it’s a lot nicer (and faster)! Thank you guys will be back

Had a great overall purchasing proceeded at Hyundai of lv. They were kind, attentive, and gave me one heck of a deal! Service will be the next review but... if they anything like used dept., they should be great!
I had been to this dealership back in like 08-2010 and had a great experience, I came back a few years later when they were under new ownership and it... was so awful. Now after all that I heard the original owner took it back over, and woah and behold, I had a fantastic experience. Purchased an Elantra Sport for my daughters first car, and they didn’t rush me or try to up sell me or anything of the sort, I ended up coming back the following day and purchasing the car. Very thankful this dealership is back to the original owners, and that they actually care about their customers regardless of how much they’re spending.
This Hyundai store is the closest to my house, so I've always come here for service. I didn't get the last Hyundai I had from them, I got it in Centennial,... (and it being only a couple years old), hadn't thought myself in the market to checkout anything new just yet. That is until I went in for service yesterday. Nigel and Brian were extremely kind and informative, they approached me when I was checking out the cars in the showroom, and asked if I wanted to see what the numbers would be to switch into the new Palisade. I honestly laughed at first. Dismissing any possibly I could even afford this vehicle with the remaining payments I still have, but to my surprise after some convincing on their part, and after running the numbers, the vehicle was less than $40 more a month than my current Hyundai. Not only that, they made sure I got the best numbers, with a nice rebate. A service package, and a few other extras. (All on top of the discounted price they gave me). I am so happy with my new SUV and with Hyundai of Las Vegas (specifically Nigel and Brian), I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Vehicle.
I already bought my car from here a few months ago and it was a great experience, after shopping all the hyundais store in town this one gave me the best... price, but this review comes from the service work they do too. It's the only store I don't have to wait hours for a simple oil change, which is funny because its always the busiest. I will always be a fan of Hyundai of Las Vegas!
Stay far away. Not only will this "dealership" not honor warranties, but it also charges very expensive "diagnostic" fees prior to reneging on written... guarantees. Particularly unresponsive to customer concern is "Service Manager" Bill Buckley, who has no concern whatsoever about customer satisfaction. Spare yourself a horrible experience. Stay far away from Bill Buckley and Hyundai of Las Vegas.
I leased a Sonata 3 years ago from Planet Hyundai and it was a great experience! It really made me rethink my mistrust of car salespeople. I've been... in the process of trying to buy out the lease and Hyundai of Las Vegas would not provide any information over the phone. We had to set an appointment and come into the dealership to receive the buyout quote and get a copy of the lease contract. We had a 5pm appointment, but when I questioned the excessive quote, over 18k, the only person with access to the lease was already gone for the day. Sigh..."No thanks, I dont want to lease or buy another car. No thanks, I dont need financing for the buyout, No thanks, I don't want to compare rates... PLEASE, I just want to see the contract, which has the buyout numbers listed on it so I can have my credit union cut a check!!" After exchanging emails with Wesley Baker and demanding a copy of the lease contract, I was finally directed to contact Hyundia Finance. They immediately provided a buyout quote that was around $3k less than the dealership!! They also sent me a copy of the lease contract. Amazing! Who knew I could contact them directly and not waste hours on the phone, sitting at the dealership, and emailing Wes...?? The contract shows a $400 purchase option fee (see pic), which Hyundai of Las Vegas apparently ignored and then plugged in their own number, around 3k. It seems fishy that the lease contract was unavailable during my meeting with Hyundai of Las Vegas as they presented the inflated buyout number. If I weren't a trusting person, it would almost seem deliberate, which would reinforce my original mistrust of car salespeople.
Dominic seemed great to deal with over the phone and offered us a good deal on the car we were looking for, 18k. Told us to come down and take a look at... it even if we were not going to purchase that day. When we arrived he could not locate the car that we drove across town to see, but they had a similar car to look at, fine. Test drive the car and sit down to talk about the numbers. Everything seemed fine until the sales manager decided to stop talking price of car and switched to monthly payments. All items accounted for except for some small fees that ended up being in excess of 4k, not ok. Ask to go back to talking just the price of the car and it comes back down to 18k. Decided we want the car, but we would have to sign the next day so we could bring the trade down. They refuse to hold the car, but claim that they will honor the deal if it is not sold in the meantime, fine. Next day I am informed that the car has been sold, bad luck right? Well I contacted 2 separate sales associates, and the online sales manager, giving a different name, and they all claim the car is there and I should come down to see it (note that it is now 20k). Even confirm the VIN of the car that we had made a deal on... A week later we had ABC Hyundai transfer the car and bought it from them, they even honored the price we came to with these lairs and matched CarMax's offer on the trade. Shady practices and untrustworthy individuals. I highly suggest you look elsewhere (maybe ABC if you want a Hyundai) for a car.
