Great experience with a very receptive and friendly sales staff. Don Rountree made the process easy, as did the office staff. I got the vehicle I wanted with all the new safety features and paid the price I offered. Very pleasant process.

Very happy with my experience!

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Neil Huffman Honda-Frankfort and I am very happy with my purchase. The entire transaction was smooth and they made sure I left happy with my new vehicle. Morgan was our sales guy and we highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a new car!

Don Rountree is MAGIC!!!

After researching to find the perfect vehicle for me, I searched all over KY for said vehicle, to no avail. Don Rountree found one and brought it to Neil Huffman Honda, for me. In just DAYS. Amazing customer service!! I still long for the "good ol days," when you bought a car, got a bill of sale and drove home, but those days are gone. It's a longer process now but the outcome is the same. Perfect vehicle--Happy me! BTW, this old woman LOVES her new Honda Ridgeline Sport. Thanks, Don and the Neil Huffman team.

Remote start installation

We had a pleasant experience with the dealership service department. We had remote start installed onto the vehicle. This installation was going to take several hours to complete. The service department provided me with a loner vehicle while the installation was completed

Great until the sale

My salesperson made me feel comfortable and loved the attention. The sale itself took a very long time. They even drove my old car back to Louisville for me. However, service after the sale was not as lovely and they basically forget you after they have gotten your money. That is why I waited so long to write a review because I wanted it to make sure I get the total experience. I do love my car though, but I don't know if I would go back to them.

Bought a new 2017 CR-V EXL

I only stopped in to get a close look at a new 2017 CR-V and a test drive. Trae and the rest at Neil Huffman were wonderful. Very personable and no high pressure. Made me an offer and I drove away that night with new 2017 CR-V EXL and could not have bee made a better offer or received better treatment.

Bought a new 217 CR-V EXL

Stopped by just to look at a CR-V as I wanted to see if the reviews were all they said in the different car magazines I read. Trae and the staff were good at listening and offered no pressure and gave me a deal I could not refuse. I walked away with a wonderful vehicle and they made a customer who looks forward to doing business with them for some time.
