Honda civic enb8692 was entrusted to you on 12_14_2018 . invoice6161119/1. for replacement of Front left bearing, hub and reluctor as there was a hum,... and intermittent noise while running, and a grinding noise while braking. The removed parts were asked to be returned. Only the bearing was returned and the noises remain. The braking noise only was corrected. Were the other parts even replaced??

STAY AWAY! I purchased a used vehicle (2013 Pilot 58k miles), was told that the trade in was clean on arrival other than a bad wheel bearing that they... replaced. Well they did not replace this prior to purchase. Literally as I drove the vehicle on the freeway back to my home I heard an obvious hum/vibration that sounded like a wheel bearing. Returned the vehicle within 1 hour and explained this. "No problem we will take care of this", I was told. They balanced the tires and gave it back. NOPE! Same noise and vibration. Told them again. (Drove an hour each way to the dealership). They had the vehicle for over a week and no one called me. I contacted my sales agent and he said that the vehicle was repaired and had a bad wheel bearing. Returned to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and guess what? Same darn issue!!!! SO... At this point, I have lost trust in their service department. I was told by the gentleman that handled our paperwork at processing for the sale, that the 3 month warranty was permitted to be used at ANY dealership I chose, but was preferred to be used at theirs. So I took the vehicle to my local Honda dealership and they identify a code on their scanner for an oil pressure sensor engine code, find a leaking steering rack and pinon, an errant PCM that needed a re-flashing that was a free service from Honda related to a TSB. BUT they have to charge me because the warranty isn't covered there because it is within 50 miles of the issuing dealership. AGAIN!!! I was told it could be used anywhere. SO...now I have to pay about $200 for diagnostic fees and take my vehicle to a dealership 50 miles away from the issuing dealership. I contacted the issuing dealership about this situation and they tell me to return the vehicle to them. Honestly,I refuse to return this vehicle to these incompetent/inattentive sales people for a third time and take my car to a Honda dealership I trust. This vehicle belongs to my wife that is pregnant with my first child and I wouldn't trust them to tell me the time of day at this point. At the end of this I contact the dealership and the sales person I worked with, the person that processed my paperwork have both "parted ways" with the company. I am told that I will be contacted about how to correct the situation... Well 3-4 months later... I hear crickets... other than a call about how I should return my vehicle for regular servicing. This dealership is garbage. Plain and simple. Buy a car and take a chance on the safety of your own family.

Bought a used Honda was called and told to bring back car 5 days later due to financing problem showed up at dealership only to be told it was a miscommunication.... Got my down payment back and will never step foot in this dealership again. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP BUNCH OF DISORGANIZED CROOKS!!!

I didn't even buy a car from motorcars but that didn't stop Paul from providing me with top notch service. I've been to other places and they're the pits... compared to motorcars. He really took the time needed and you know what else? I'll only go there for service now!
Chris Daugherty was our salesperson, and he was patient with us and our questions/concerns about the used car we were about to buy. They allowed me to... have my mechanic look it over, and confirmed it was in very good shape. Contrell in finance was a very nice person, too. Not sure what the negative reviews about. Our experience was nice.
Bob was so patient during the test drive and explaining all the features and buttons after the purchase. Everything done professionally and efficiently.... Love the Clarity!
Being a former employee of Motorcars, and a past customer, I was totally appauled when the "sales manager" told me they would not accept my lease turn... in at their dealership. My experience prevents me from EVER getting another vehicle from there, and never reccomending them to any of my many friends & business associates. They are not a good representation of the Honda name.
Only go to this dealer if you have a trade in or need financing. If they can’t take advantage of you they don’t want your business

He thoroughly explained... the purchase process before we got into the paperwork, and answered all of our questions. Rich spent a lot of time showing us the features and controls for the 2018 Honda CRV that we purchased. Both Kathy and I appreciate the service we received from Rich and the entire Motorcars staff.
