    The buying process was so easy and didn’t take 4 hours like it usually would. Thank you Bill for such an easy going process. Also it was cool to see that... they do live hands on trainings to really know the vehicle. Most dealerships sales people don’t even know the ins and outs of the car.

    I wouldn't recommend this dealership to save my life. I unfortunately bought a tire and wheel maintenance package with my Jetta , in June 2017, which supposedly... covers rotating tires every 5000 miles. The service department never rotated the tires on any of my 6 visits, now I have an issue with a tire, it's of course my fault for not getting another alignment to rectify the wear on the tires. I was told that my car needed an alignment, which at the time drove perfectly straight. I went with the service department's recommendation and purchased the alignment. It pulled to the right so bad that I couldn't keep the car on the road. The service advisor recommended a 2nd alignment to fix the problem, lol. After spending $1000 on this wonderful package, I'm told it's not the service department's problem that they never lived up to their part of the contract. Please people stay away from this dealership at all costs. Thank you for listening

    I recently purchased my third VW and my first from Lewisville Volkswagen. Bryan Koestner was, without a doubt, the best person to deal with! He went above... and beyond to make sure that I, as the customer, was satisfied and my car buying needs were met. I will not be dealing with anyone else in the future! He's my go-to car guy! I was so impressed that I referred my father-in-law and he loved Bryan too! We cannot be happier!

    I ordered a new Mercedes Benz, 4 month wait on delivery. Sold my car much faster than expected. Needed something to drive for 3months. Had a previous great... experience in pre owned purchase for my son. Spoke with Landon Beck about something that had good resale so when my new car came in I wouldnt get killed on resale. (3 moths of rental was $$$$) Next came the sales pitch of the century. Said he spoke with Mr. Beck (apparently Bobby Beck is his father) and was told that if I purchased a new Touareg and didnt LOVE it more than the car I ordered He would buy it back for the same price. Call me stupid..I went for it. Well when my little coupe came in, Believe it or not I thought about staying with the V.W. I loved it! But in the end the sports car won out....The most amazing part...Mr Beck honored his word. No argument, I had nothing in writing. He simply bought the Touareg back!! Thank you Mr. Beck and Mr Beck jr. :)

    Some employees are great, but several have left. Lack of power given to Service Advisors to do small things to make customers happy means customers are... UNhappy. They have lost our business, and they don't seem to care.
