We finally had an appointment with Kia where the person we were dealing with did everything right and then some. Brian was AWESOME. We had a timeframe... to work within because of a big Boy Scout event, Brian kind of met that. When the car needed parts not in stock, Brian gave us a loaner so we could get to our Boy Scout event on time. He is a great asset to your dealership. We've had nothing but problems from Carnival Kia and some disappointing visits with this dealership in the past. This was the first visit I could actually rate that was even mildly satisfactory - as you can see, I was completely satisfied with this visit.

I used Truecar to get a price quote and the internet person contacted me immediately. I talked to him on the phone and asked if I could get the car for... the Trucar price minus the "Doc fee." He told me my presence would be necessary to negotiate. I went there and told the salesman (Kevin) what I was willing to pay. He wrote it up and took it to the internet salesperson (Oscar) and returned with Oscar with a counter offer. I said what I would pay and Oscar asked me if I would purchase the car today at my price. I said yes. Oscar told Kevin to write it up. Then Kevin returned with an offer 300$ more than I was willing to pay. I stood up to leave and Kevin asked me to wait and he would see what he could do. Then a person who said he was the owner came and wanted to explain why he could not go any lower on his price. I stopped him and said if he could not meet my price I was leaving and I stood up and turned to walk away. As I was walking away I told Kevin I was sorry. The owner (I think his name was Marlin) said, "No you're not." I was livid for being called a liar. I told him he was arrogant and left. I said I was going to the Honda dealership and I purchased a Honda instead.
Adeeb was so understanding! They asked me what I wanted and found me the exact car and the exact package and even helped me understand how to sink my phone... and an app with the new car. Everyone was so lovely but Adeeb was so patient with me and gave me a wonderful deal!

My check engine light came on and I called Kia immediately, they told me to come in and they would fit me in and see what the issue was. Well they were... fantastic, they found out the issue and took care of me quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. This is a great service department, one of the best I have dealt with, and this is my 4th Kia. Thank you Kia of Murfreesboro!!!!! Great job.
