Brennan, our sales associate, was knowledgeable and patient. Martin, the owner, visited with me a couple of times over the 2 days I was looking - he
was honest and willing to do what was necessary to help. That facilities are clean and modern; very nice customer areas. We purchased a new Sorento SX and are very pleased with the vehicle and buying process. This is our second Sorento, and the 2018 version is a nice update over our 2014 SX. Go see these folks - they are much more pleasant to deal with that ‘the other Nashville guys’.

I went in with fairly poor credit and was looking fo buy my first vehicle. The manager came and spoke to me personally and scheduled me an appointmen
t for the next day. When I arrived, it was raining and they met me at the car with an umbrella!..Its the small things really...Anyhow, my sales associate was Joseph and he was not at all what I expected out of a car dealer. He wasnt pushy, but confident. He knew his stuff and was on the phone with banks for several hours. He found a deal we could both agree to and I bought my first car! Love it and I highly recommend this KIA. Also note, the owner was super friendly and would come around and talk to customers the entire time I was there. He made me feel welcome. Other car dealerships I feel like Ive been tossed into a shark tank and if i didnt express interest in buying right then and there, I was ignored. I was never ignored here but i also wasnt constantly badgered by a salesperson.
Despite the renovations...this was the best car-buying experience ever! Arthur knew his products and was not pressuring or assuming in anyway. Martin

Very pleased with 2017 NIRO EX. 500 miles on a tank of gas and about $20 to fill up.
