They never contacted me on the Corvette so I never called them or emailed them

They never got back to me about the vehicle I was interested in not interested in selling their cars I guess

I called Tom's today so my son could test drive 2 vehicles. Tom actually answered the phone and sounded like I was wasting his time or would rather be dead then to talk to someone. Tom said that the last test drive was at 5:30, I said "thank-you sir" and I got a painful uh huh. Not a thanks for calling, have a nice day. First impressions are important and you sir just lost a sale.

Would have given him a 5 because Tom got RIGHT back ahold of me and I was planning to go look at a $4995 blue Malibu, BUUUT, at the one other dealer I was looking at a Tan Malibu, the price got jacked up from $4995 to $6995!!! That seemed like shady behavior, hence the 3 stars! Bad thing is, the salesman at OTHER dealership pointed it out to me! But, that's ok, people just trying to make some money, I'm kinda careful that way.

Asked about availability & never heard back 😟 i live 70 miles away I’m not going to drive that far to find out if it’s still there

I looked at a Kia Optima they had, and they had cleaned the engine, which is always a warning sign, and this was not different because when I put my finger under the engine cover, they came back black and covered in oil, which was quite fresh. I do not mean a little oil, but my fingers were coated. If they try to hide a leak that bad, what else are they hiding?
