Tried to add an additional “bumper’ sticker to the...

Tried to add an additional “bumper’ sticker to the manufacturer list price on the window , of around 3,900$. I refused and they backed it out . Now they aren’t living up to our agreement on the new car extras for my granddaughter. Your reputation is meaningless if you can’t live up to your word . Stay clear of them or bring an attorney when you negotiate!

I told them what I wanted and they found one in Indiana...

I told them what I wanted and they found one in Indiana for me...the day I picked it up, Lexus had everything ready to go and the car was ready and waiting for me! Lexus answered all questions I asked her, I think she was as happy as I was to get the car...I would definitely recommend this dealership and Lexus to all of my friends...

Wish I could give zero stars.

Worst experience ever. When doing the financing they tried to hide the outrageous interest rates by only giving us the monthly amount. They then did not go over some of the added fees that they tried to include hoping that we didn't notice. They made promises that they did not keep and then when we tried to contact them about it no one would answer. They sent our calls to voicemail, didn't return messages, text messages or emails. Shameful business practices. Ros and Alex would be friendly while they did their best to sucker you into a terrible deal. Buyer beware!!

Terrible dealership and with no kind of heart. They were very friendly while they are trying to hide high interest rates and added warranties that you did not agree to. They are also super friendly while they make promises that they do not intend to keep. After the papers are signed, then all the promises go out the window. They will not return calls, text messages or emails. They will even caller ID the calls to the dealership so that it will go to voicemail. They were the nicest people while they try to sucker you in, so beware. I will never be back and will definitely discourage others.

I bought my new Rogue here in 2017. I got the extended...

I bought my new Rogue here in 2017. I got the extended warranty. When it came time to use the warranty the wonderful person at the service desk told me that the broken part wasn’t covered. After much heated discussion I was finally able to prove to them that the parts and labor were in fact free of charge. When it came time to pick up my car I noticed that my car was now overheating. So not wanting to argue with the service department again I took it to another Nissan dealer that honored my warranty with no problem and they said that someone had purposely using a tool unplugged my cooling fan. Wonder who could have done such a thing?

Dishonest sales people

This was such a frustrating experience. They gave me a "walk out the door price" and literally changed it on my right before I was ready to write the check. Crooks. They wanted me to finance a used car that I did not need to finance. I wasted so much time at this store. They obviously are so desperate for people to finance (kick backs) that they will force a cash paying customer out the door. They lied. So mad!!!

Wow! What a wonderful experience!

My daughter's old 1999 car caught on fire on I -64 a week ago. After a week of looking online, she went on to test drive a rogue. It wasn't what she was expecting. Jessica was so sorry she got her manager and they found the perfect SUV to fit her needs and worked with her on the price. She took it overnight and we went back tjis morning where John and Jessica put her in the 2017 Rogue at a great price. It is the perfect first big car purchase for her! I will be back to deal with them again!! Excellent customer service.
