I had my Nissan towed in because my 2023 Nissan rogue

I had my Nissan towed in because my 2023 Nissan rogue broke down on the side of the road. When it broke down, nobody contacted me. They lost the keys. They couldn’t find the keys in my nightmare began when you called there. Nobody called you back for days weeks needing to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and when they did call you back, it was as if you were speaking to someone???? Lights were not on!! It was so frustrating they were rude and they acted nice when you got there but when you are on the phone, they gave you very little information. Come to find out the vehicle needed. A whole new engine coolant leaked into the engine so the power train was damage damaged. I waited Six months for a rebuilt engine they claimed . We received the vehicle back in November one week later it broke down, we towed it back to Jeff Wyler. They gave us a dirty disgusting rental. We were lucky that we got that because getting a rental from them is frustrating alone the disease inside that car was so sick. We were told the car needed to learn the engine. We waited to get the car back we were told don’t ever come back when we did get the car back this was from Christie McCullough and Jack in service the service manager who pretends to be nice to you however behind your back not a nice guy we receive the car back come January it breaks down again. I emailed Jack I email Christine or Christie whatever her name is I never get a response back so I take it to Collins Nissan it’s the mass sensor fuel sensor. Jeff Wyler is liars. They said they would buy the car back because it was new and they were putting in a new engine. They gave me a horrible price. I bought it brand new. It was only four months old. They gave me the runaround. They never called, emailed they would put no documentation nothing in writing. I even would call Jeff Wyler the owner and he didn’t like that at all. Oops sorry what a horrible company I would never buy a Nissan ever this is why they’re going out of business.

Dealer response

We are very disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at our dealership, especially considering the significant efforts our team made to assist you during this challenging situation. While major vehicle repairs—especially those requiring parts that are on national backorder—are never ideal, we did everything in our power to minimize the inconvenience for you. We provided a loaner vehicle at no cost to you for several months, which is not a requirement but something we do to help our customers during lengthy repairs. When you requested a larger vehicle, we accommodated your request. We kept in communication with you throughout the process and followed up regularly to ensure you were informed about the status of your vehicle. We understand that waiting for a major repair can be frustrating, but there was nothing more we could have done to make the situation less stressful. While we appreciate all feedback, we also recognize that sometimes, despite our best efforts, we cannot meet every customer’s expectations. We wish you the best with your vehicle and at your next dealership.

Consumer response

Feel free to reach out! Well let’s see I definitely did! On January 23rd, 2025 when this rebuild engine now doesn’t work and is sitting at another dealership because you told me. Your words don’t ever come back here again! We don’t have anything to drive we are now again sitting in limbo with a brand new car that doesn’t work! Because your dealership has installed an engine that has been not functioning since it was returned to us in November 2024. Please stop acting as if you’re being polite and nice! You also sent me an insurance contact on the new engine that doesn’t even cover the engine! You’re a real slick sneaky and rude person that treats people who have no place to go, who are reaching out for help and people like you just make their world worse than it has to be! The business your are in is customer service unfortunately you don’t know how to do that nor do any of your personal under your management know how it works! No communication no calls no emails for 5 half month you had my 2023 Nissan Rouge 24k miles on it that we barely drove owing 32k. So yes I’ll feel free to respond!

I was working with salesman Keiontez and sent him

I was working with salesman Keiontez and sent him personal information he requested pertaining to a jeep I was looking to purchase. He told me that he and his manager would review the information and contact me back. Days have passed and I have yet to receive any communication from them. I searched for the vehicle and realized it is no longer listed/available. If this is the "standard" for the employees and upper management, I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I wish I could give less than 1 star *****BEWARE****.

I wish I could give less than 1 star *****BEWARE****......Our last experience with Jeff Wyler was definitely our last experience with Jeff Wyler. My wife has been a customer of this location for going on 8 years now, first with an Altima, then with a Murano, and finally, a Pathfinder. We've always enjoyed our Nissan vehicles, and must point out one bright spot within the 8 yrs, Roz (salesperson) was great to work with and always helped my wife get into a vehicle she wanted. However, the end brought this relationship to a screeching halt. As my wife received a promotion out of state including a company car, we reached out to Jeff Wyler about buying out our lease. We received offers from reseller sites, sight unseen on the vehicle, and from personal buyers. We let Jeff Wyler know what those offers were bc we wanted to help out the dealership that has always helped us out. A representative of the dealership offered us $23K on our car (which was less than our other offers) but for simplicity sake & our relationship we decided we would sell it right back to Wyler. The offer that was communicated had no asterisk, no special stipulations, and the last communication before I showed up at the dealership was, "just bring it in, and we will cut you a check for the $23K". We had moved out of state to NC so we have to make special plans to get to Louisville to make this transaction happen. After an 8 hr drive, I show up to the dealership to make this happen. I was warmly greeted by the staff, and the internet specialist said we'd do a quick walkaround the car, get you a check and get you on your way. After she walked out to do her "quick" walkaround, I noticed that she was combing the car and looking at the smallest little things. I knew what was happening at that very second. She then said she'd be back....After 45 mins of waiting, I ask her to come over, and I tell her, "if you aren't going to give the $23K that was offered without stipulations, I need my keys to leave." She said not to worry, and she'd be right with me. After another 45 mins, i grabbed her again and told her I need to go soon. She then comes out with a check for $21.5K to which i asked her if she was serious?!?!? She then starts going throught the smallest of small details as to why its now going to be $21.5K and they wouldn't budge off of that. I then tell her i need my keys immediately, and you have one more chance. We're not giving more than $21.5K. Car dealerships will always have a reputation for shadiness, but this took it to an all new low. I was given an unstipulated offer by their management, i drive 8 hrs to make a transaction, and they showed their UNETHICAL true colors, all over $1.5K. I then drove to CarMax to get an offer on my vehicle, and to my delight, they offered me $24K ($1k higher than Wyler), and our relationship with Wyler is forever tainted and soured. AVOID THE JEFF WYLER GROUP AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have been going to this dealership for many years and

I have been going to this dealership for many years and have always had a fair and positive experience. No surprises and they really do care about the quality of service they provide. Got some new tires using their tire sale and am very pleased. My only gripe is the wait before getting a service done. Usually you have to book weeks in advance and now it’s getting to be close to a month.

Took my car in for a checkup and my window that was supposed to be fixed the last time I was there, but still wasn't working after I had inspection on a new warranty I purchase through Nissan. I was told they didn't have the part and will have to go back. I love Nick he is such a pleasure to work with.
