We had an exceptional first time experience today looking at a used vehicle at Priority Infiniti in Chesapeake, VA. The showroom is beautiful and well... appointed with snacks & drinks & clean restrooms for visiting customers. We were greeted warmly by Darrell Johnson, who was patient and funny and thoughtful. He showed us the used car we had seen online and was very educational about Infiniti, having been a long time member of the team. He was patient, kind and honest. In the end, Sales Manager Dave, along with Darrell, offered us a deal on a new vehicle we just couldn't pass up. The entire process from arrival to departure was done in under 4 hours and we left with a brand new beautiful vehicle. Vince, the Finance Manager, was also thorough, knowledgeable, organized & so very pleasant. We are repeat Infiniti customers (past experience at another dealership), but the customer service & fine attention we received today far bypassed our past Infiniti experiences. I happily purchased a 2008 Lexus RX350 truck 30 days ago. 3 weeks later the front end was shaking terribly, were as the vehicle had to be returned for... service. I was told that the left brake caliper was defective and that the brake system would need to be replaced. I asked to speak with a manager and Mr. Washington advised to me that it was nothing that could be done. But I could pay for repairs and get a discount on the bill. I agreed because I was told after speaking with multiple people, that there was no other resolution. My total was $1112.00 and he charged me $1100.00 Really a measly $12.00 discount. This whole ordeal was totally unacceptable, 1st you sell me a default vehicle, then you charge me for a service that should've been included with my purchase. I also purchased a $2100.00 warranty which, this service was not included.I was bamboozled and was forced to spend money that I definitely didn't have. I will be writing the corporate office to express my disappointments as well. I thought that this was a reputable business, but I guess I was wrong.

Paul Schwab was AMAZING to work with. He took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted with no pressure. He knows his vehicles and also all about... the buying and leasing processes to help us decide which route to go. The whole buying process was smooth and immediately felt like family.
