I was told to make an appt regarding a trade in.

I was told to make an appt regarding a trade in. Instead I am advised to lease a newer car. I don't want a newer car. I don't want a newer car. I'd trade for a decent cheaper car. I let him go check my financial mess and took off. Can't you listen to people and what they are saying. I'm not trying to impress people. I'm frigging 68 and fixed income. Hence I don't need bigger bills. It was a waste of time. Appt was useless , I've had better service just walking in.

Had a wonderful experience with Bruce!

Had a wonderful experience with Bruce! He took such good care of me and made the process so smooth! I got everything plus more in my new 4 Runner! Thanks Bruce and Grieco Toyota!

I just drove a Toyota Highlander home to ME from RI.

I just drove a Toyota Highlander home to ME from RI. Enrique at Grieco offered me a deal that was unbeatable across states. He was also the most direct, without pressure and accommodating salesperson I have ever found and I am over 65. He came in when off, got right back to me and took the time to answer and demonstrate tons of things. Great dealership: fabulous salesman!

Everyone especially Bruce was friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone especially Bruce was friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a car from another state. But I don't see anyway it could have been any better. Wouldn't hesitate the slightest to work with them again!

A Costly Nightmare I bought a car from Aimee Nitschke

A Costly Nightmare I bought a car from Aimee Nitschke at Grieco Toyota on December 11 and scheduled delivery for December 23. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle Aimee was acting weird, avoidant. I then found that some equipment had been removed from the car. Aimee said there was nothing she could do. Before leaving I asked for the title and bill of sale. Aimee told me they had been shipped to my home. This seemed strange, but I could not confirm I was lied to until I got home. Aimee avoided me until December 27. When I finally reached her she informed me title had to be ordered. This is illegal (see below). They lied to get me to take possession of the car. This put me in a very difficult position. I had no choice but to leave this car parked, not knowing if I could register it or legally take ownership (title) despite having paid in full for it. I still had to insure it since it was in my possession. 30 days after the purchase, on January 9, Grieco finally sent the title but it was not overnighted as promised. The temporary tag was close to expiring, making this car illegal and subject to tow/ impoundment without clear ownership. After being unable to reach Aimee I spoke to sales manager Eddy who had no idea who I was and claimed to know nothing about my purchase or this stressful 30 day saga. Aimee had repeatedly told me management was involved and doing everything they could, but she lied. I requested some form of compensation for the removed (stolen) equipment and to cover the insurance on the vehicle I could not drive due to Grieco's actions. Eddy and Aimee both stopped responding. You cannot trust this dealership. The problems I encountered were not reasonable and are illegal, based on Rhode Island law. Grieco was recently help accountable for deceptive pricing practices, but they remain careless at best and predatory at worst. I am considering a formal complaint with the dealer licensing board and the state attorney general. Rhode Island Title 280, Chapter 30, Subchapter 20 Dealer Licensing and Registration item 1.7 F: "Title shall pass from the dealer to the consumer at the time of sale, unless such vehicle is to be registered by said dealer, then a maximum of twenty (20) days from the date of sale shall be allowed. Dealer must obtain a signed receipt from the buyer. The receipt must be kept by the dealer. If the dealer is not able to produce a receipt, it shall be presumed that the title was not given to buyer.” Grieco declined to register the car for me in NY. I did not take a loan for this car. Grieco did not produce the title until 30 days after the sale. They are in clear violation of the above.

My most recent visit for service at grieco Toyota has

My most recent visit for service at grieco Toyota has been the most pleasant experience , managing to wipe out my few poor reviews previously written. Though they happened it was the specific people involved . The maintenance was excellent, the men worked as a team . We're pleasant, charming and actually fun guys. They even have me a rental which I only used to drive home and back when service was completed. I want to commend them on treating me so kind. They went above and beyond in customer care. The maintenance performed was excellent . Rob and Paul if I recall accurately. If not ....oops look it up. Lol great job and thank you very much. Hope you get a great bonus and happy holidays. Cynthia
