We ordered a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited from Desert 215 Superstore in Las Vegas. The dealer ordered a vacuum in lieu of a spare tire without asking... our preference as it was considered an option. We placed the order on Saturday night, discovered the omission of spare tire on Sunday and told the dealer that we wanted the spare tire and not the vacuum on Monday morning. We kept requesting a confirmation of the order change but our phone calls and emails were ignored. It took them 10 days to tell us that Chrysler would not change the order. When we went to pick up our vehicle, they tried to withhold from us a Chrysler rebate for $1,250 by telling us that it was included in the original price when we ordered the vehicle 6-7 weeks ago and showed us bogus numbers we had not seen before to justify their case. The rebate was actually announced from Chrysler only a couple days before. They tried to inflate the final price by adding items we did not consent to. They tried to convince us that some of those items were Nevada mandates when they were not. When the vehicle was delivered to us it had the following issues: 1. Dull circular paint spots on the hood and side panels. 2. Two bumps on the top of dash board. 3. Dent and chipped paint at driver’s door. 4. No spare tire kit as we requested. It took over a week, several emails and phone conversations with the salesman and sales manager before we were allowed to schedule an appointment with the service department to correct the above problems. While at the service department, they were careless when buffing the dull paint spots on the hood by adding scratches causing them to have to rebuff the vehicle again, minimizing the thickness of the clear coat. They told us that before they can fix the bumps on the dash board, they have to get approval from Chrysler. However, we were warned that the chances of the dealer installing the new dash board as good as from the factory was slim to none. They refused to fix the paint chip and small dent on the door. First we were told that it was too expensive to fix and then that it was not covered under warranty. The Sales Manager, CJ, told us that we should not have a problem accepting our 2019 Pacifica Limited with the dent and chipped paint. Instead of fixing their mistake by ordering a vacuum in lieu of a spare tire kit, the Sales Manager, CJ, offered to sell it to me at dealer’s cost of $435. I found the same spare tire kit at Mopar’s website for $377. That’s the same place the dealer gets them from. Apparently her offer was not legit. We paid to have locking lug nuts but they kept the original ones and refused to give them to us. They said they threw them away. Finally they gave them to us. Unfortunately those were used and the wrong size. Obviously they were not ours. Very difficult for us to believe they throw them away and not sell them. I asked their Parts Department and they had some that fits my vehicle for $3.36 plus tax each. Overall, we were ignored from the moment we put a Non Refundable down payment of $2,500. The dealer tried to cheat us at every turn and had we not been so attentive to detail they would have succeeded. Well….they did succeed on some of them. They also refused to provide contact information to us so we can address our problems to management. I will contact the Chrysler Corporation and see if those practices are acceptable.
After having a decent experience with buying my new 2018 Ram 1500 from Desert 215 I was hoping getting it serviced here would be decent as well. I was... wrong.... I made an appointment two weeks out to have my truck serviced and some warranty items looked at. I needed the standard oil change/ tire rotation as well has I was having loader than normal wind noise from the driver side door and the passenger window made a loud squeal when rolling up or down. Drop Off: It took 20 minutes from my appointment time (8:00 am) before a service advisor finally checked me in. When I made an appointment, I was randomly assigned Jason Daniels and asked for him on arrival, but he never showed up. Finally, another service advisor created a ticket and made it sound like my truck would be ready by the end of the day. At 4:30pm I had not heard anything so I called Jason... again getting ahold of him was difficult. He then told me it definitely would not be done in one day, because they are very busy in the summer months and appointments were only for service advisors not the technicians in the back. This would not have been an issue if I was told this before 4:30pm expecting my truck to be done. I was then told it would probably be two days but could never get an answer as to why or what work they were going to do. Long story short they had my truck for 6 days (Tuesday - Monday). At no point did Jason every call to give me an update or tell me when it was ready. I had to make daily calls and finally was given a rental (after my second trip to the dealership) until it was done. I called Monday morning and was told it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the first thing I did was roll the window down and the squeal was still there. After waiting another hour, the squeal was still present. I was frustrated and done with Desert 215. After a week of having my truck and dealing with terrible customer service I still have issues they claim were fixed. I do not know if any other Dodge Dealership in Las Vegas is better, but I would rather try all of them before coming back here. For those who are going to use Desert 215 DO NOT USE Jason Daniels as your service advisor. He is lazy and inconsiderate. He acts like nothing is important and we should be happy he is paying us any attention. This dealership would benefit from readying a great book written about a very successful family of car dealerships, "Customers for Life", by Carl Sewell.
I hate to waste a salesperson time l, but I hate more when they waste my time. All it takes is to be upfront, honest, and professional. I asked numerous... times if the terms of the deal were approved and every single time I was told yes. Before I submitted my credit application I asked again, and I was told again ‘Yes’. Why we were still discussing terms after credit was pulled is beyond me. So clearly I was lied too, the salesperson was not being honest. All that he had to do was tell me the terms of my request were not possible. and we both could move on. Why would someone want to buy a car from here is a big risk. If you want them to give you the run around, lie, not be honest, not professional, pull your credit for noting, and most of all waste your time. Good luck!

Berto Padilla was great, exceptional customer service, he made sure the paperwork was done quickly and made sure my car was clean and had gas. He even... unloaded my rental car and put my belongings into the new car for me. I am more than satisfied with my experience.
Jacob Martin in finance and Blake Hatheway in sales were both impeccable in customer service and meeting my needs. My final interest rate went down, the... length of the loan decreased from 84 months to 75 months and my payment amount remained the same. I'm extremely excited and happy with my new Challenger.
We knew we wanted the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica for our growing family. We stop by the dealership and met Isabella, one of the friendly sales agents at Desert... 215 and inquired about the new models. She gladly showed us them and we fell in love with one in particular. After researching other dealerships in the area Desert 215 had the best price by thousands for the loaded Pacifica Limited edition. Isabella again took care of us and even played with our 2 year old daughter while waiting. Thank you.
Walking in i was a little taken aback by the process, i had been to multiple different dealers and from the start Desert 215 was different they wanted... to know what i was looking for, explain their process and actually help me find what i could afford. I worked with Chris Cefaretti and Clint. They took the time to patiently answer all my questions, let me take my time in my decision making and were pleasant people on top of everything else!! I ended up getting a great car that i love for an amazing price! Ill be back for my next car.
