This is my second purchase from Rides Unlimited great service as always. Jason Briick went above and beyond to help me get my 2009 Toyota Camry. Took it to my mechanic car is in great condition only needs new back brakes and rotors soon. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted used dealer

The worst experience I ever had to get in a car they told me that the truck only needed exhaust manifold gaskets but it needed new timing chain and cams and follers and the check engine light never came on because it wasn't wired correctly and now it came out and it needs also catalyst converters to so all together it about 3000 to 3500 to fix all what xxxxxxxx I would never buy a car from there again buy beware

To all the people that have had major problems with this business and your vehicles and had significant loss such as myself, because of this car dealership are you interested in preparing for a Class Action Law Suit? I had terrible experience after the purchase of my vehicle. They were very helpful to get my money and my trade-ins, but after the sale, they were no longer interested in being helpful. I bought a truck that had wheel locks on them and when I had an unfortunate blowout, I tried contacting them on two different occasions they blew me off without even attempting to contact me back about a key. Then, I noticed in the contract that they didn’t even give me what we agreed upon, any money for that matter towards my 2nd trade-in. They just took it! They didn’t even furnish any information about the 2nd trade-in, which I still receive vehicle registration renewal cards for in the contract. I had to contact Springfield and may even pursue a lawyer.
