Precision Plus

This is long over due, by my own admission. Let me start out by saying how wonderful Dimitri was. When I called and told him I was interested in the 9-5 and wanted to come and see it on a Saturday, he said "If you tell me you'll be here, I will hold it for you". With no deposit required. Really, who does that? Mind you I was driving about 3 hours away from upstate NY and may not even make the deal. Low and behold, after seeing some of his personal cars, him and I have been to SAAB conventions together. We absolutely hit it off because of our love & passion for SAAB's. After our test drive and a tour of his shop, we sat down in his office. (He did offer me coffee, lol) Dimitri asked, "Ok, where are we, what is going to make Ron happy today?" I told him "this is what I have, this is what I would like to do." Dimitri did some scribbling on a piece of paper and said "transfer you stuff from your old car to the new car and let's go get an in transit plate" Done deal, I was so impressed. I couldn't find a hotel room to stay at, so I suffered the whole ride back home in my "new" used 9-5 AERO! Would absolutely recommend him and would love to do business in the future! To bring you up to date, Dimitri and I have stayed in touch. I keep him up to date with all the modifications I have done. He takes an interest in his customers. A quality that is rare! My husband and I are loyal Saab fans but, after spending months searching for a sedan. We fell in love with a 2007 95 2.3T Saab, and bought it used from ?Precision plus Imports?. The only problem was the check engine light on the dashboard. Dimitrios and the guys at his service department, knew exactly what the issue was after checking the code. They went above and beyond to do what was needed to get my car ready for pick up. I felt very comfortable with Dimitrios, and was treated with courtesy and respect throughout the whole process. After I purchase the vehicle Dimitrios was ready and willing to assist at any time with all my concerns, and never complained that I called him too much. I have to say our experiences with Dimitiros ?Precision plus Imports? have been nothing but outstanding. I will purchase another car from him, and will strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing any used vehicles especially Saab.
