Bob Alponat is a fabulous salesman. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and did not exert a ton of pressure to buy a car. The test drive was relaxed and made the experience very positive. The purchasing process went smoothly and Bob spent time with me setting up the Volvo app and reviewed how to drive the XC 40.

He’s patient, quick to respond to emails, and always provides clear information about cars that are available or coming in. Was looking for a preowned XC60 and since they didn’t have what I wanted in stock they got the one I wanted! Great price, too! Steve Ours and Matt Nagy made it easy to complete the sale. Brian the used car manager was fair with the trade value too.
