Freddie came across as condescending — he low-balled my trade and carried himself with a snarky attitude. Honestly, I would have bought the car if I’d had a different salesperson. Onyx, you can do better.

Was working on a remote agreement with Jason on a Volvo s40(Nice car) and told him another dealership had one for a few hundred dollars less. He agreed to meet me on the price of the car and away we went, or so I thought. As it turns out another couple *Happened* to be in the dealership at the exact same time looking at the same car. He told me if it didn't sell he'd get back to me and we'd make a deal. Called me back 30 minutes later (Quick non deal I guess?) and said they wanted to think it over, and gave me a chance to buy it. Perfect! Except that for some reason a couple coming in and deciding *NOT* to buy the car meant they were renegging on our discounted deal and I could get the car above what we agreed upon. Ah gotta love salesmen tactics. I told him I wasn't comfortable with the timing of that supposed deal and would pass. His manager, Dillon called and offered me the original deal, but by that point it was kind of obvious what kind of dealership they were, and I passed.

BMW onyx of Omaha service department is phenomenal. Chris Elizondo has been my service advisor for 2 years now. He has hone above and beyond not only to advise me and help me with service of my BMW, but to make sure the treatment I received was impeccable. I have been a loyal customer of BMW for a very long time now and it is because of the service you receive there. Chris perfectly embodies this. He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. He has been so good with me over the years, that I even ask his advice regarding other cars(classic cars). I am planning to buy yet my 4th BMW, solely because of the service from Chris and his whole team. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The service is beyond exceptional!! George

ONYX Automotive made my out-of-state vehicle purchase really smooth and simple. I was initially nervous and skeptical, but Max was amazing. He walked me thru the entire process and was always communicating with me. There was never any hidden fees either. Great experience!!!
