At that point, we were only interested in viewing the interior of the Palisade — no test drive — as we were still comparing several models, including the VW Atlas, Toyota Highlander, Mazda, and others. Payam was professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to our needs. His honest and non-aggressive approach made us feel comfortable, which stood out compared to the high-pressure tactics we experienced at other dealerships. Thanks to his approach, we returned the following week for a test drive. What is usually a stressful and frustrating experience became enjoyable and relaxed — all because of Payam’s excellent service.
