We began our vehicle search at Safford Hyundai of Springfield, where we were introduced to Payam. At that point, we were only interested in viewing the interior of the Palisade — no test drive — as we were still comparing several models, including the VW Atlas, Toyota Highlander, Mazda, and others. Payam was professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to our needs. His honest and non-aggressive approach made us feel comfortable, which stood out compared to the high-pressure tactics we experienced at other dealerships. Thanks to his approach, we returned the following week for a test drive. What is usually a stressful and frustrating experience became enjoyable and relaxed — all because of Payam’s excellent service.

We worked with salesmen Payam who helped us with purchasing the car we needed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and really helpful. He answered all our questions.
