    I BOUGHT A 2014 RAM 1500 FOR 27999 MY SALES PERSON WAS GREAT I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS FROM HER AND SEVERAL OF MY FAMILY AND FREINDS HAVE BOUGHT CARS... FROM HER BEFORE IT CHANGED TO FAMILY FORD. JANA HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME AND EVERYONE I KNOW FAIRLY AND HONESTLY WITH RESPECT. MY ISSUES ARE WITH THE NEXT LEVEL MANAGEMENT. FIRST AFTER EXTENDED ADDED TO PRICE OF TRUCK THE TRUCK WAS 250.00 FROM BOOK VALUE THE SELLS MANAGER WOULD NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP WITH THIS . I WAS ALREADY PUTTING 4000. DOWN ON TRUCK. I THEN TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY THE 250. IF HE WOULD GIVE ME THE SECOND FOB FOR TRUCK , HE WOULD NOT EVEN DO THIS SO I WALKED OUT JANA CALLED ME A LITTLE LATER AND SAID HE WOULD GET ME A SECOND FOB. AFTER I CAME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND REVEIWED THE PURCHACE ORDER THE PRICE INCREASED BY 277.39 DOLLAR ( MAYBE PRICE OF FOB I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE. SO I WALKED OUT AGAIN GOT ANOTHER CALLED SAYING THE FOUND MISTAKE A SERVICE CHARGE WAS ADDED TO PRICE BY MISTAKE. AFTER BUYING THE TRUCK TWO WEEKS LATER I NOTICED THAT THE MIRROR ON DRIVER SIDE WAS MISSED THE LENSE ON BOTTOM OF MIRROR AND PUDDLE LIGHT WAS NOT WORKING JANA SENT ME A TEXT ASKING ABOUT THE TRUCK SO I TOLD HER ABOUT THE MIRROR AND SHE ASKED TO BRING IT OVER SO SHE COULD LOOK AT IT SO I DID. SHE WENT TO THE SALES MANAGER AND HE MORE OR LESS SAID TUFF LUCK HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. JANA EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT BUT ITS NOT HER PLACE TO DO SOMETHING THE SALE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE DONE. LIKE I SAID SALES PEOPLE ARE GREAT SALES MANGER NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO EARN REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I WILL BUY CARS AND TRUCKS FROM JANA AGAIN BUT NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

    I have been looking for a vehicle for several months now... I have made contact will a few dealerships in order to ask questions & discuss pricein & financing.... I have not made a purchase yet... But this dealership has been extremely helpful & informative through out this process. I hope that we can get together soon so that my hunt for a vehicle will be over.

    Had such a great experience at Meador!! Hassle free purchase and very satisfied with our truck. Duane Stailey was such a pleasure to work with finding... us the perfect vehicle. Also to the finance manager for his hard work of finding us the best deal!!

    Enquired about a vehicle on their website and never received a response. When I contacted them by phone, two different salespeople took my info but failed... to follow up. When I spoke to another person he said he was the internet manager and he told me the vehicle was sold and hung up, didn't ask if I was interested in another vehicle or even sorry my people hadn't followed up.
